Somewhere between the mountain pastures and the end of the world there is a small village, and in this village an old Lemko village dating back to 1902, which we are lucky to call our home. This is where the green of the grass meets the blue of the horizon in the most beautiful way known to us. It is here, although you cannot see it, that Osława whispers beautifully, breaking for a moment the clearly audible silence. We, Paulina and Przemek, welcome guests to a place without splendour and panache, but one that's cosy and with soul. Our doors are always open, the thresholds are low, and the kitchen is constantly rumbling and smells of homemade food. The long and winding road through mountains, forests, rivers and even the ocean led us here to Smolnik. We have made our dream of a house in the mountains come true, and we will fulfill yours about a peaceful, quiet rest. We are already waiting for you!

Here Slowhop will describe your place

Paulina i Przemek
There were two of us and we had a carefully thought out plan of action. We dreamed of a small B&B in the Bieszczady Mountains. We already had a cat, we wanted a dog. We fell in love with our current home before we even saw it with our own eyes. We knew him from photos on the Internet. "What's up?" - we thought and packed our belongings. "You have to see it and touch it. It will probably discourage us anyway and we will continue our journey in search of our piece of heaven." We came, we saw and we touched. We didn't go anywhere else. This is our home! We do not have soundproof walls, you will not disappear here in an anonymous crowd, and the bedrooms are far from hotel apartments. However, it is here that we made a nest for our family. Our daughter is growing up here. Sometimes Bies visits us, sometimes Chad visits us, but we feel in our place and so far we are not going anywhere.

The inconspicuous Bieszczady trails have knocked the most experienced walker off his feet more than once. In our wooden house, sound is often carried, but blissful sleep is included. Hand-made double pine beds with mattresses made of thermoplastic foam will allow you to sleep better than in your own bed. We offer five bedrooms straight from an open-air museum: 3 double, 1 four- and 1 five-bed rooms, each different, but all coherently furnished in a rustic style, decorated with hand-made wooden accents. The rooms have their own bathrooms (not every bedroom has a bathroom in the room), where soft cotton towels smelling of the mountain wind will be waiting for you. Each bathroom also has a hair dryer and "hotel" toiletries. bedrooms: Cozy - the smallest in our offer, but it works great for two people. Lavender - shades of purple combined with wood create a romantic atmosphere for two. Bieszczada - double, warm, made entirely of wood. Bielona - a bright room where a family of four will sleep. South - the largest, accommodating up to 5 people, in a climatic attic. The life of the house, however, takes place mainly in the Biesiadna Chamber, where guests sit down to breakfast (served at a fixed time of 9:00) and dinner (served at a fixed time of 18:00) every day. This is a place where friendships for years are made in the evenings.

Great love for the Polish mountains meets in our house with fascination and passion for cooking. We do not use shortcuts in our kitchen, let alone substitutes. Quality is the most important thing for us! We prepare meals from products purchased from local sellers and preserves made by ourselves.  The smell of espresso coffee and Przemek's scrambled eggs will get the biggest sleepers out of bed. Every day we serve guests a different "breakfast" main course, which is invariably accompanied by a selection of cold cuts from a local butcher's shop, cheese/curd cheese and fresh vegetables, and sourdough bread baked by us every day. We buy flour for bread and pancakes in a traditional mill. It is worth mentioning that jams are delivered to the tables straight from our pantry, and we buy honey in our friendly Bieszczady apiary. We also prepare dinners in the form of a main course and dessert. We mainly serve meat (red and poultry), but we also include fish and meatless dishes in the weekly menu - usually on Fridays. We prepare the desserts ourselves. We do not repeat dishes during the guests' stay. From culinary challenges, our blood circulates even faster. We will be happy to prepare something special for vegans and vegetarians. We accept reservations for breakfast and dinner inclusive for each day of your stay. This means that we do not accept reservations for meals on selected days of your stay. PLEASE NOTE that we do not offer the option of ordering meals on site. The hours of serving meals are fixed: 9:00 and 18:00. The desire to eat meals should be reported at least 14 days before arrival.

Bieszczady is one of the places on earth where you can laze with impunity. They show their charms regardless of the season. We fall in love with them every day. - In spring, the green explodes, flowering plants delight with their scent and color. Perfect time for walks and excursions. . - In summer, mountain trails leave you breathless and at the same time give you a lot of energy. The nearby river will be a relief after hot hikes. - In autumn, misty mornings announce sunny days in all shades of red. During walks in the nearby forests, mushrooms jump into the basket by themselves, and the deer rutting can be heard right behind the fence. - Winter, covered with a thick snow duvet, blows pleasantly with frost. The ski slope is waiting less than half an hour from our hike to indulge in white madness. Don't forget to take a trip along the trail of old churches, visit the forest zoo and the Bieszczady railway. In the afternoons, obligatory relaxation on a hammock between the trees. Nothing else is needed.

We say YES to the backyard games! Active rest is indisputable for our little tourists. What do we have to offer? - a small playground with swings and a sandbox, -tree house, - a large area for endless frolics, a few friendly furries will watch over who you need, - construction of snow forts in winter and the first 'steps' on skis, - downhill to claws: sledging trips.

Pięknie, klimatyczne miejsce w sercu Bieszczad. Przemili gospodarze. Czysto. Na pewno wspaniale o każdej porze roku. Może tu jeszcze kiedyś wrócimy. Polecamy i pozdrawiamy gospodarzy. Gosia i Paweł

Cisza. Pięknie odrestaurowane , czyste i przychylne gościom. Dziękuję Paulinie Przemkowi i małej księżniczce Jagience. Szczerze polecam.

Minął tydzień od naszego powrotu, a my wciąż myślami w Bieszczadach :). Smolnikowe Klimaty świetnie wpisują się w bieszczadzkie klimaty :). Miejsce jest zaciszne i bardzo nastrojowe, goście czują że są mile widziani. Dom urządzony z przywiązaniem do lokalnych nastrojów i otoczenia . My osobiście byłyśmy bardzo zadowolone zarówno z pobytu, miejsca, nastroju Polecamy !
