My name is Paulina and I am creating a project where I share my proven and self-tested ways to be sensitive to myself through my so-called "sensitive trips". During them, we organize a lot of development workshops, activities related to the body and mindfulness sessions aimed at relaxing and calming down. I am currently in the process of psychological studies, in the process of certification with the Somatic Experiencing method, and in the future I want to work as a therapist using bodywork. It used to be important for me to see as much as possible, as soon as possible. Three capitals in one day? Why not. 30 countries up to 30 - of course. These were very valuable experiences, but today I try to taste the places by choosing more consciously. I look for opinions from proven and reliable sources, I take my time and allow myself to dive deep into myself. Paradoxically, thanks to this I get better contact with the world around me.... Therefore, "tender weekends" take place in the most climatic places in Poland - the environment also affects our well-being. Everything is aimed at improving the functioning of the body, mind and emotional sphere. I focus on a holistic approach that is the foundation of my original programs.
