Not so long ago, neither of us knew what it looks like inside ul. And now we run the Izerski Pszczelnik, i.e. a medium-sized apiary, a processing plant operating under the RHD and a real agritourism bee. We love and breed bees, we love the products that bees give us, we process herbs and fruit, we brew homemade beer, we also love cooking and wandering around the Jizera Mountains. Before the bees, something was missing in our lives. The search for greater closeness to nature and nature gave birth to a passion. Initially, a hobby and an additional, non-professional occupation, with time it became a full-time job and allowed for the realization of dreams. This is how the Izerski Pszczelnik was created. Here, time and everyday life are truly and uncompromisingly determined by the natural rhythm of nature. It is a world full of flavors, scents, and bees, and sometimes loads of fruit flies. This is our world. Our fruit and honey love.
