You will live in Ludwikowice Kłodzkie, at an altitude of approx. 500 m above sea level, in a house with a beautiful garden. A gravel road leads to it. The house is over 100 m2 and is designed for a maximum of 9 people. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one with a bathtub, two with showers), a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker) and a living room with a fireplace, dining area and seating area. The house also has three large, covered terraces, from which there is an excellent view of the surrounding forests and hills. In the garden there is a place for a bonfire, barbecue facilities, a wooden table and chairs, deckchairs, a trampoline, and a children's pool. The house is equipped with: bedding, towels, toilet paper, liquid soap, dishwashing liquid, kitchen towels, dishwasher tablets, hair dryer, clothes dryer, board games, boules, bookcase, cot with mattress and bedding, feeding chair and baby bath, toys, books. We have WIFI and very good LTE mobile coverage, we don't have a TV! In the large garden, depending on the mood and the weather in the Owl Mountains, everyone will find a quiet corner for themselves. There is a birch grove with hammocks, an orchard (especially for lovers of gooseberries, currants, raspberries and blackberries), a fireplace, a grill, a playground with a trampoline for children. The advantage of our house is its wooden construction, which makes it ecological and "breathing".

We do not cook or feed, but we have "good contacts" in the area, which we will share with you. We will tell you where to buy fresh trout, honey and vegetables. In summer you will taste currants and gooseberries, and in autumn, raspberries, blackberries, figs and apples from our orchard. You can grill or bake something on the fire. Of course, the fully equipped kitchen is open and the refrigerator is open 24 hours a day, so you can snack from morning to evening. After a meal at a large table or on the terrace, just lie down on the sofa and the dishwasher will take care of the dishes. In the neighborhood - near and far - a lot of food festivals are organized. We will definitely show you the way to good food. The following are held here, for example: - Straight from the Farmer Healthy Food Fair, - Lower Silesian Soup Festival, - Cheese Festival in Dziećmorowice, - Polish-Czech Fun with Coffee. But, not all at once. We will save some addresses for your arrival.

Let us invite you to the Central Sudetes, to Ludwikowice Kłodzkie. Here you can relax during hiking and cycling trips or sunny winter days spent on cross-country and downhill skiing. You will wander the trails and take a walk through the forests, you will taste regional dishes, enjoy the beauty of the nearby nature and breathtaking views. Sitting on the terrace you will feel the captivating scent of spruce forest, mint and lavender, grab plums and apples straight from the tree, raspberries straight from the bush. On cool evenings, you can warm up by the fireplace. You will spend your time actively or you will laze around and read a book from our bookcase on a comfortable sofa, armchair or in a garden hammock. You will light a fire and, by the light of the flames, you will sink your gaze into the stars. We suspect that you will fall in love with the Owl Mountains and the local slow life. Because in Sowie Klimaty you can experience life slowly, but in full handfuls. We are visited by families with children, groups of friends, seniors. We host athletes as well as lovers of lazing around in a hammock and on terraces overlooking the mountains. All guests receive from us a package of individual tourist tips that allow you to make good use of the time spent here and at the same time support the local community, e.g. by using slow food products from local farmers or ordering meals from local restaurateurs. Just behind the fence there is a spruce and beech forest. Just stick your nose out behind the gate and go for a walk. The blessing of the nearby forest makes the enthusiasts of the shinrin-yoku philosophy, ie forest baths, an ideal starting point for walks in Owl Klimaty. You can pick blueberries in the summer and mushrooms in the fall. Birds and butterflies flying to the terrace and forest animals approaching the property's fence are our closest neighbors. In the surrounding meadows, you can practice barefoot walks or take a mat under your arm and practice yoga outdoors. Regardless of whether you are only interested in walking or conquering the Crown of the Sudetes, you will find everything just behind the fence of Owl Klimatów! We provide you with tourist maps and leaflets of the surrounding attractions. We are happy to advise you on how to actively spend your time in this idyllic neighborhood, and there is plenty to choose from. Bicycle routes, MTB, downhill and cross-country skiing, hundreds of kilometers of hiking trails, culinary festivals, places full of history and legends, viewing terraces, mines, wonders of nature. We have lots of it, come and discover the unknown.
