Dom Coacha i Mentora - apartamenty w Beskidzie Niskim 

In the original Lemko hut from 1959. We renovated it with great care and tenderness, so that the structure of the building was not affected. From the courtyard and windows, you can see the brick church of Saints Cosmas and Damian from 1801, the mountains of the Low Beskids and the green surroundings. An overwhelming peace awaits you here, two apartments "Obora" and "Stodola" and very poor telephone coverage. You will share the house with us, the hosts. We will probably take walks together to Slovakia, evening bonfires and chats. The "Cowshed" apartment is a part of the house that was actually a barn for animals. We adapted this space like this: on the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchenette and access to the garden on the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), a bathroom with a shower. The "Stodoła" apartment, as you can guess, was a barn, so ladder carts and a heap of hay stood here every day. Now you enter a spacious living room, which also has a dining area, kitchenette, small toilet and lots of interesting games, instrument books and CDs. There is also an exit to the garden from the living room. On the first floor there is a bathroom with shower and 3 bedrooms: 1 - pink with two beds (one of them extendable into a double) 2 - mint with a double bed and one single bed Both apartments have independent entrances. We also host animals - but ONLY with our consent - we have a dog and two cats that must feel good in their own backyard.

What lands in your belly is only in your hands. At your disposal in the apartments you have a small kitchen (kitchenette) with full utensils, induction, fridge, etc. If you like breakfast almost to bed, you can order a morning meal from us. We will prepare carefully and with hospitality what we like to eat ourselves. Local products, country eggs, homemade dandelion syrup. Where to shop? There is a cow farm in the area, so you can have fresh milk on the table every day. Other neighbors have hens, ducks and other birds - eggs can be purchased after prior order. There is a market square in Wysowa Zdrój, and there is practically everything there - from vegetables and fruits, to souvenirs, spa water, products of the Circle of Country Housewives - cottage cheese, rennet cheese, pickles, red pine nuts, bread, etc. In Wysowa Zdrój (3 km) we wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant in Stary Dom Zdrojowy. It is run by a mother and daughter who, like no one else, know the region's cuisine and mushrooms. They are the initiators of the annual Rydza Festival, they have had the Małopolska Culinary Heritage certificate for years. You can try delicious pastries, desserts, cakes, dishes from the Beskid, Lesser Poland, Jewish and Subcarpathian cuisines, preserves from Rydzów and more. You will dream of herring tartare on buckwheat pancakes, dumplings with goose stomachs, meringue with yogurt cream.

Here you will do something for yourself, if you are ready for it. During the long summer days and endless winter evenings, absolutely nothing happens with us. Maybe out of boredom, or maybe out of choice, you decide to get inspiration to continue your journey through life. Here, in peace and quiet, you can rest, get a lot of smiles, music, and if necessary, work through your affairs under the watchful eye of experienced trainers (coaches). These coaches are us - Edyta and Adam. We are certified coaches, and Adam is additionally a psychologist, mentor and relationship ecologist. It was loneliness that freed him from many matters related to everyday duties and allowed him to spend some time on meditations ... From energy eaters, work, duties, toxic people and oily emotions. Right here, in the wildest of the Beskids, Niski, is a good place to think, exercise and be alone with yourself. We are passionate about history, music and art. In our large room in the "barn" we organize group activities, such as development workshops, concerts, original films project, and talks about history, culture, art, philosophy and psychology. If you want to join us to listen to jazz, talk about important and trivial things, laugh to tears, take a look at the barn. We can also meet by the fire or light a fire for you so that you have exclusive glare stars. Our house is located in the central Lemko region, in original architecture, at one of the arms of the Amber Route. A historian and a wanderer will find something for themselves here. From the windows you can admire the brick Orthodox Church of St. Cosmas and Damian from 1801, and the chapel of St. Nicholas, you can walk to them. You can go cycling and skiing, because the beautiful trails of the Low Beskids, cycling and cross-country trails stretch from Blechnarka. From the north, the village is dominated by the "peak" Wysota (784 m above sea level), which can be climbed without much effort, and from the south the village is closed by the border peaks of Slovakia and Poland. In the nearby Wysowa, 3 km away, you can drink healthy water in a beautiful pump room. Aromatic qualities are not impressive, but what is not done for health. Here you can also admire objects of wooden architecture, plunge into an indoor swimming pool with warm water, take advantage of horse riding. There is also a bicycle rental, in winter cross-country skiing trails are available, and in summer you can try your hand at the Low Beskids Marathon. In autumn, for two days, at the turn of September and October, lovers of mushrooms and long fruitful walks in the forest gather for the annual Rydz Festival in Wysowa.
