At the backwaters of Lake Limajno, in the village of Swobodna, we have a whole hectare of land for you, with two houses on it. Their modern form refers to the traditional Warmian buildings - they have red roofs and brick elements. In their 50-meter interior you will find: a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower (downstairs), as well as two separate, air-conditioned bedrooms and a toilet (upstairs). From the terraces you will have a view of the pool and the forest. Next to each house there is a herb garden and a mini-orchard. On the neighboring plot there is an over a hundred-year-old traditional Warmian house in which we live. We run an open house where you can drop by for coffee and a conversation, but if you come here to hide away, we won't impose on you. We decided to be an adults-only refuge so that you can fully enjoy the silence that reigns here. You can take your pets with you, but please note that the area is not fenced.

The houses have well-equipped kitchenettes, but we also serve breakfast and dinner based on products we grow and those from regional suppliers. We can serve you refreshments on the terrace. Then just sit in your pajamas in front of the house and enjoy the idyllic view of the pool and the forest during breakfast. We have several breakfast sets available. Examples of dishes we serve include: wraps, bagels and oatmeal with fruit. We will treat you to Praslice cheeses, local meats and gifts from our vegetable and herb garden and orchard. And in autumn and winter, treat yourself to our preserves.

Welcome to the backwaters of Lake Limajno, called the Pearl of Warmia. In the relaxed atmosphere of the village of Swobodna, you can indulge in simple pleasures: – leisurely walks, – listening to bird concerts and spotting birds through the binoculars that we leave for you (our regular visitors are storks, cranes, white and gray herons, swans, cormorants, and sometimes you can spot a white-tailed eagle), – sitting on the terrace and looking at the pool and the forest, – warming yourself by the fireplace, – reading on a comfortable armchair in one of the bedrooms. There are two ways to get to Lake Limajno. The first one is to cross our plot. Walking through the forest, you will reach a place where there is a pier (be careful! the water there is deep). This is a wild place that few people know about. You can swim there if you know how to do it well, or fish. For less experienced swimmers, we recommend the second option - going to the country beach (about 7 minutes of a very leisurely walk). There is a guarded swimming area there. Lake Stobajno is also nearby. It's best to visit the surrounding reservoirs on bikes, which we have on site for you. If you like the perspective of two wheels, you will be happy to know that our commune - Dobre Miasto has a dense network of them. You can check the routes on the City Hall website, examples include: Dobre Miasto – Głotowo – Swobodna – Lake Limajno – Chmury Forestry – Cerkiewnik – Swobodna – Knopin – Dobre Miasto (20 km) Dobre Miasto – Głotowo – Swobodna – Lake Limajno – Cerkiewnik – Swobodna – Knopin – Dobre Miasto (approx. 25 km) There is also a tourist and recreational route - Warmińska Łynostrada, which is an extension of Olsztyńska Łynostrada. The route leads from Olsztyn through Dobre Miasto to Lidzbark Warmiński, where it connects to the Green Velo trail. Length: 56 km. List of other nearby attractions: – rafting down the Łyna River, the marina is located e.g. in Cerkiewnik-Kłódka, – trips: to Leśny Staw, Lake Komin, Błotnik, Staw Wodny "Babcia" in Jesionów or Lake Gilgajny, where otters and beavers live, – visit to the Hutsul horse stud in the ATMA agritourism farm, – trips to Dobre Miasto (5 km), Olsztyn (22 km) or Lidzbark Warmiński (29 km), – going to Nowy Kawkowo (27 km), where the Lawendowe Living Museum, Cegielnia Art and Kawkowo Gallery are located. There are also a lot of running routes around, you can discover them yourself or search for them in running applications. If you are a fan of cross-country skiing, be sure to visit us in winter!
