Klangor Mechowo

We have two houses for you, each with two bedrooms, which will comfortably accommodate 4-6 people. Each house consists of: – 78 m² of area, – living room with kitchen and dining room, bathroom with shower and covered terrace with a view of the meadows and forest (on the ground floor), – toilet and two bedrooms – one with a double bed and a sofa bed, the other with two single beds (on the first floor). The sofa in the living room is foldable. At your disposal will be a large area with an orchard and a place for a bonfire and barbecue.

As a welcome gift, we will treat you to a jar of homemade jam. If you like it, you will be able to buy more and take it home with you. We can share with you the fruit gifts of our garden and show you where to go for local delicacies.

Our Kashubian village is quiet and peaceful. We are surrounded by meadows and fields. Sitting on the terrace you can watch birds - cranes, hawks, buzzards and a whole army of tiny singers. Deer, hares and foxes also come to us. We are surrounded by the Darżlubska Forest, where you can walk and ride a bike. The view we will give you has a soothing effect on the nervous system and often makes no one want to leave. However, if you would like to go sightseeing, we leave you a list of recommendations. In Mechów itself you can see: – underground Mechow Grottos, i.e. sandstone caves – the outer columns and a small part of the interior of the caves are available for viewing, – natural monument next to the forester's lodge – Lawson's cypress, – church of St. James the Apostle and Saint Nicholas in Mechów, one of the largest wooden churches in Kashubia with a chandelier made of deer antlers, Mannerist altars and oil paintings representing the post-Tridentine trend, – several frame (timbered) houses from the 19th century and a manor house from the 18th century, – south of Mechów – the Darzlubskie Buki nature reserve located in the Darżlubska Forest, covered with Pomeranian beech forest. The closest beach to us is the beach in Puck, but the ones in Karwia, Karwieńskie Błota and Dębki are also quite close. The one in Karwieńskie Błota Drugie is particularly worth attention, because you go to the sea through the forest, and the beach itself is vast and uncrowded. In Puck, in addition to walking along the pier, you can rent water equipment and eat lunch. We recommend taking a walk along the Rzucewski Cliff and visiting the castle located right by the water. If you have never sailed on a fishing boat, you can go on a cruise from the port of Puck. You can go to Lake Dobre, 15 km away. There is a beautiful peninsula, a small island, and on the shore there are benches, a pier and a small campsite. You can get here by traversing the trails of the Darżlubska Forest or simply come by car. There are wonderful bicycle routes in the immediate vicinity. You can go, for example, to Władysławowo, and the entire route will lead you through forests.
