Hello, my name is Sylwia Bøilerehauge, people around here know me as the confectioner from Mojesza Cakes. I have been running my own art studio in a confectionery factory for 5 years and these are the sweetest years of my life. My passion is cakes, especially those decorated with buttercream. I perfected my confectionery skills in Korea, Kaliningrad and Spain. The tongue-twisting name, however, is Danish, just like my husband. Jan is a native Dane in love with Lower Silesia. He has been running a carpentry shop in the area since 2006 and implements my crazy ideas. It was thanks to him that the interior of the Confectioner's House was created.
