It was not as if we searched, hit the bull's eye and lived happily ever after. We helped ourselves to luck and put the puzzle together. Somewhere in the Low Beskids, there was a beautiful plot of land. In another place, there was a wooden, one hundred years old Lemko house. We decided to move it and give it a new life. The 1939 log house built by a Lemko vet near Nowy Żmigród was transported board by board and restored four years ago. Now we can enjoy a house in a charming Beskid space, food like in the good old days, positive summer energy and a dream come true. Stara Farma (Old Farm) is teeming with life! And it was supposed to be torn down, cut up and burned. But it has another, quite interesting life and wonderful guests under its roof.
