6-person open house (70 m2) with bathroom, bedroom and mezzanine standing on a 3.5 ha plot surrounded by forests and fields. We have good internet, you can come to us with your pooch.

This is Tomek, Paulina and our daughter Marcelinka. We want to invite you to our Ostoja to rest and take a break from the big city. And we know what we are talking about, because we spent some time in Białystok and Warsaw before we decided to return to our homeland. Apart from pampering "our place on Earth", we love to travel (we plan to visit the whole world), we like good design (we have our own design office) and we value contact with nature. Come to us, see what life is like at our end of Poland.

W okresie świątecznym, sylwestrowym majówkowym itp wynajmujemy na min 4 doby w cenie 3200-3500 w zależności od liczby osób. Możliwe jest przedłużenie pobytu o kolejne dni w cenie takiej jak w niskim sezonie.
Other rules
1. Rezerwacja wybranego terminu jest potwierdzona dopiero przy wpłacie zadatku -50% kwoty pobytu. Pozostałe 50% kwoty pobytu powinno zostać opłacone przelewem bankowym na dzień przed planowanym przyjazdem. W przypadku nie opłacenia pozostałej kwoty gospodarz ma prawo do anulowania rezerwacji bez wypłaty wpłaconego wcześniej zadatku.

2. Wpłacony zadatek nie podlega zwrotowi. W przypadku anulowania pobytu do 30 dni przed przyjazdem wpłacony zadatek nie przepada. Jest możliwość przełożenia pobytu na inny dostępny termin. Gdy rezerwacja zostanie anulowana później niż 30 dni przed planowaną datą przyjazdu- wtedy zadatek przepada.

3. Od gości pobierana jest kaucja zwrotna w wysokości 500 zł (jest to zabezpieczenie na poczet wyrządzonych przez gości ewentualnych szkód). Kaucja jest zwracana do 5 dni roboczych od daty wymeldowania.
