The first feature of Zielonka is stealth. Our green cache is hidden behind the trees. To get here, you have to go off road. Head towards the beach, towards Osetnik. The second distinguishing feature is the smell of the forest, the most beautiful right after the rain. The third is the peace of the garden, disturbed only sometimes by the trampling of a hedgehog or the visit of a curious fox. We have a large terrace overlooking a birch grove and several prospects for holiday events. You can't leave here - except around the corner, to Mrs. Gienia for some bread with a crispy crust. However, there is a lot to discover between Białogóra and Łeba. From our comfortable house for five people you can go to the beaches, lakes, to the lighthouse and kayaking to the sea. Everyone with a deep need for the greenness of the forest, bicycle paths, peace, the sound of waves and each other will find their place here. We invite you!
The house on Straskowa Street has 97 m² and two bedrooms in the attic - one with a double bed, the other with a single bed, a work desk and a telescope for stargazing. Upstairs there is also a seating area with a sofa bed, armchair and TV. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine and a shower, as well as a utility room. And outside, a pleasant terrace area with a view of the birch grove awaits you. There you will find: a large table with chairs, a small sofa and a garden umbrella. There is also a small coffee table to enjoy your favorite drink anywhere in our large garden. We have also prepared deckchairs for you.
Our area is fenced, and we are open to visits by your pets.
In the garden we have a wooden outbuilding where you can store your equipment or bicycles.
The house is exclusive and so is the kitchen. You cook by yourself, and the task can be facilitated by freshly baked bread, which you will get from our neighbor. Mrs. Gienia lives just around the corner and often also has country eggs.
The nearest shop is just over a kilometer away, and the famous Ewa invites restaurant is located right next to it. Come to the garden of the Palace in Ciekocin for coffee and cake.
Will you be bored here? Probably not, although doing nothing is also great. The space of the garden and terrace will be responsible for sweet laziness, where you can:
- sit at a large table,
- relax on sunbeds,
- listen to the sound of the sea in the evenings.
When you look behind the fence, the area looks very inviting. What is particularly encouraging here?
– the Stilo lighthouse, which needs no introduction, but even if you visited it on a school trip, it is worth climbing the 123 stairs of the tower to see the view from it again – we are about 2 km away from the lighthouse,
– a walk to the seaside – there is a distance of approx. 3.5 km to cover, and at the end there is a prize waiting – a wide beach with sand like powdered sugar and the possibility of finding almost uninhabited corners (in the season electric cars drive to the beach, by car you can reach the car park at style),
– bicycle trips to Lubiatowo and Kopalin (the route Zielonka-Sasino-Słajszewo-Kopalino-Lubiatowo-Stilo-Zielonka is not demanding), and even to Łeba - there are some roots and sand along the way,
– with Stilo you can walk to Łeba.
We are fans of local events, and there are a lot of them in the area and they are worth noting:
– in the nearby Palace in Ciekocin, jazz concerts are held (jazz Fridays), on Saturdays you can have breakfast there on the grass, because local specialties are served by country housewives,
– in the Mimo All resort in Lubiatowo, where it is idyllic and angelic, you will listen to poems at Wierszobranie,
– during the holidays there is a street culinary stall – Smaki Choczewa,
– usually on the first weekend of June, the Festival of Northern Kashubia Mansions and Palaces takes place with a program filled to the brim with artistic and recreational events (from sightseeing, through yoga on the grass, to concerts),
– Two Towers Run – with a beach section, it is about 15 km of the route through the coastal belt – you can check the dates of the next editions on FB,
– a meeting with a song under a thatched roof in Kierzków.
In our part of the coast you can do a lot. You can walk just over a kilometer to get to the border of the Choczewskie Cisy reserve. More or less the same distance, although not in the same direction, is enough to cover to eat something delicious at the Ewa invites restaurant.
If you go to the beach, then the ones in Osetnik, Stilo, Ulini, Słajszewo or Lubiatowo. Every day you can test a different one, it's very nice to do it on a bike.
It is worth taking bikes with you or renting them on site (there are no problems with that), because in addition to forest paths, there are many very pleasant routes in the area, such as EuroVelo 10/13 (R10 bicycle route) leading along the Baltic Sea. It starts in Świnoujście, runs through Ustka, Łeba, Puck, Tri-City to Elbląg.
Stilo is not only a lighthouse, but also dunes. Slightly smaller than in Słowiński National Park, but also impressive. You are looking for them on the way to the beach in Osetnik. These are not the only dunes in the area, because there is even less known Lubiatowska Dune, from whose peaks you can admire the sea. The path is marked and organized - there are platforms and stairs leading to viewpoints.
In Folwark Jackowo or the stud in Białogóra, you can arrange horse riding, including those along the seashore.
You can sail down the Piaśnica River to the sea itself. It is an ideal rafting trip for families. The river flows from the northern shore of Lake Żarnowieckie, flows through a wild nature reserve, and after 7 km it flows into the sea in Dębki.
We also have two lakes in the not so distant area! On Lake Sarbsko and Lake Żarnowieckie you can try wind- and kitesurfing.
