Bezat is an old house from 1890, it has a bit of a story to tell. Before World War I, there was an educational farm here, one of the largest in this region. But then - you know. We came here in 1980, we sighed over its fate and decided to revive it. The house has endured all our treatments and today proudly presents itself after a facelift as a charming red brick house with a spacious terrace.

We invite you to one of the most beautiful places in Warmia. There is space and relief in our house for 14 people. It is solely at your disposal. We live on a farm about 1 km away. There is a spirit of integration and being together, although there are also some places to calm down. We focus on common space and we have specialized in such treatments. So there is a large hall upstairs for yoga, movement workshops, dances and everything that you come here for. There is a lounge with armchairs, a bookcase, a kitchen and a dining room with a fireplace and sofas. Besides that, there is a place as popular as Marszałkowska - the terrace. And if it is not known where all the guests have gone - there is a good probability that they are all hanging somewhere in hammocks.

In spring and summer, we primarily have yoga, workshops on working with the body and voice. But at the end of August, in September and October, we invite you to integration events for students, pupils and small companies. We can organize an attractive stay for you with live music performed by bands from our area, or more widely known ethnic music bands. Groups can order meals, depending on their needs. We are sure that you will be satisfied with a healthy kitchen, tailored to the needs of a specific group. Please note: due to the nature of the surroundings, this is not a place for groups that like to relax with alcohol and loud music.

There is the Węgajty Theatre in the area, with the July "Teatralna Village", the Living Lavender Museum, the Galeria Café in Kawkowo, and in the autumn, Sztuki w Obejściu. We invite you to our Warmia world, in which we fell in love with.

The house sleeps 15 people. On the ground floor, there's a 30m² terrace with tables, hammocks, and various seating options; a living room with a bookcase, armchairs, and a coffee machine; a dining room with a large table, armchair, sofa, fireplace; and a large kitchen with a pantry, gas stove, oven, and wood-burning stove. It also includes two refrigerators with freezers, a dishwasher, pots, dishes, and blenders.

On the ground floor, there are also two bedrooms (for two and three people) and two bathrooms with showers.

On the first floor, there are four bedrooms (for one, two, three, and four people), two bathrooms with showers, and an additional toilet. There's also a large, 100m² room, perfect for various uses, such as yoga. The room has a wooden floor and a panoramic window, and is equipped with blankets, bolsters, and yoga chairs.

By prior arrangement, we can offer meals. We offer vegetarian cuisine with an Asian twist. We accommodate guests' dietary restrictions due to food allergies or other health concerns, whenever possible. The cuisine is based in part on our garden and food from local farmers.

Breakfasts include cereals and groats served with seeds and nuts, plant-based milks, as well as egg spreads, cottage cheese, seasonal vegetables, and bread from local private bakeries. Lunches are vegetarian soups, primarily made with seasonal vegetables and legumes, with fragrant spices and fresh herbs from the garden. Plenty of green cilantro, parsley, fragrant dill, basil, oregano, and rosemary.

Second courses feature vegetables in various forms, also from the garden and from friendly farmers. Zucchini, peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, as well as pasta and casseroles, are the main ingredients. This is complemented by plenty of basil-scented lettuce. For dinner, we serve pâtés, pastas, vegetable salads, and green salads. Delicious breads and warm herbal drinks or traditional teas are also available.

Our garden is a permaculture vegetable garden. It grows lettuces, zucchini, dill, beans, arugula, and many other delicious and ecologically clean vegetables that enrich the meals we prepare.

The house can be rented self-catering. We provide a fully equipped, spacious kitchen.

The main summer attractions are the beautiful and often empty swimming areas at lakes both large and small, such as Isąg and Marąg, in Kozia Góra, Gamerki, Skolity, Gubity, Szałstra, Ramoty, Pelnik, and others. There are also wonderful cycling and hiking trails in the area, with many surprises along the way, as we are home to roe deer, cranes, hares, storks, and badgers.

- There's the Living Lavender Museum, which hosts workshops, sometimes concerts, lavender products, and lavender fields full of scents with benches for enjoying the aroma.
- The gallery in Kawkowo invites you to enjoy the best coffee, herbal teas from the garden, fruit and chocolate tarts, and workshops with local artists.
- In Łukta, at the Smolej café, you can enjoy the best ice cream in Warmia made with real fruit and herbs, as well as ice cream with old, traditional flavors dating back to the 1950s. - During the summer season, in July, the "Theatrical Village" festival takes place in Węgajty – performances, shows from Poland and abroad, concerts, dances with live music, theater workshops, and many other attractions for adults and children.
- The Warmia forests are full of blueberries, raspberries, and mushrooms, but the latter are usually harvested in autumn. We invite you to join us for the autumn harvest.
- Warmia is a land of beautiful, winding roads leading through old avenues, mostly lined with linden trees, and charming, well-kept towns and villages.
- You can also visit "Kwaśne Jabłko," a friendly farm producing juice and cider from the surrounding orchards. Tastings are available on site. The Niva restaurant is located nearby, on a hill, surrounded by fields and orchards. We offer baskets for two people: vegetarian, fish, and meat. All products come from organic farms in the area. - At Cegielnia Art, also next door, you can sign up for a short clay modeling course, make something yourself, fire it, and take it away as a souvenir. At Letycja's, you can also enjoy great coffee and delicious crepes with a variety of fillings on the weekends.
- Closer to our home, within walking distance, a new evening meeting place has been established in an old barn – Siedziba 21. Concerts, stand-up comedy shows, exhibitions, and workshops are held here.
- And Olsztyn is nearby, which is also worth a visit.
- Our local animator and guidebook publisher, Warming, organizes wonderful culinary and artistic events during the season, including cooking competitions, concerts, and fairy tale and storytelling sessions. She also invites local musicians to play music together. - And in the fall, at the end of September, residents of the surrounding villages and local artists invite you to a multitude of events as part of the 2-day event "Art in the Homestead".

Come with your children. There is a large, wonderful, unlimited play area, and all the attractions for adults can also delight children. And the baths in the lakes ...

The entire house is available to guests. It has already been used by associations, foundations, and informal groups seeking to combine work with team-building and relaxation.

A large table in the fireplace room, a sofa and armchair, armchairs and a small table in the living room, and the best part – a covered terrace with two large tables, for example, for group work. You can also use the 100m² room for practices like yoga, or work with a group on chairs or blankets. The room and equipment are also great for breaks or reserved time for relaxation or bodywork. For those who enjoy relaxation, a hammock and a book or laptop are available.
