We invite you to the house with a tile outside and a beautiful wooden soul. After crossing the threshold, you will feel this warmth, this tenderness and the space of a 200-meter-long interior. There are cloud-soft sofas in the living room and a fireplace for chilly evenings, there is a dining area and a view of the kitchen. Make yourself comfortable in 4 large guest rooms for up to 10 people plus small children up to 2 years old. The ground floor of the house is wheelchair-friendly for disabled people. Large maneuverable bathroom, no thresholds, lots of free space in the kitchen, dining room and living room. On the ground floor there is: - a spacious living room with a seating and dining area, - kitchen, - one guest room with an area of 16 m2, - bathroom with shower and toilet, - separate toilet. On the floor: - two guest rooms, approx. 20 m2, each with a large bed (160 cm) - one spacious guest room approx. 50 m2, with a large bed (180 cm) and a double convertible sofa - bathroom with shower and toilet. On site you will find: - fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hob, plenty of space, dishes and other goodies), - washing machine, - towels, - linen, - cleaning products, - grill and a large table outside, - sun loungers, - a boat, - 2 kayaks, - 4 bikes, - silence, peace, birds singing.

We don't serve meals, but that's not a problem in our neighborhood. We are happy to recommend nearby hosts who will provide you with bread, cheese, milk, eggs, preserves, and honey. The house has a large, fully equipped kitchen at your disposal, where you can turn local delicacies into delicious dishes. When the weather allows it, we recommend eating in the garden, and in winter by the fireplace in the living room or at the large table in the dining room. In the area, approx. 4 km from us, there is a Retro restaurant with local specialties, and in the town of Jeziorany, on Saturday, the Eco Market, famous for the entire Warmia region, takes place with brilliant specialties from micro-farmers. For good and local ones, be sure to visit: - Sauerbaum Sour Tree (delicious local products, goat cheeses - paradise), - Retro Restaurant in Jeziorany - regionally proven food, - Steakhouse in Biskupiec - they know each other about meat, so for steaks right here, - Lefevre Sheepfold - such sheep's cheese can only be made by a French. And it does, here in Warmia.

In our habitat, we are not talking about boredom, but about rest. We bathe in silence, wrap ourselves up in a splash of water, enjoy the sound of tall grass, listen to the hardworking bees and recharge ourselves with positive energy. There is plenty of water in the neighborhood. 100 meters from the house, right behind our fence is Lake Ławki with an intimate beach. We are giving you a boat and two kayaks for two people. The largest of the surrounding areas is the Luterskie Lake in Kikity, where you can rent pedal boats and kayaks, then the tiny forest lake Kikity, and to the sandy beach with a pier, go to the picturesque Tłokowo to Lake Ring. During walks and bicycle tours in the nearby forests, you will be the only guests of the tracks. We have bikes for you, and in the forest there are strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. For children, we have prepared a place with a sandbox, a swing, a house, a swimming pool, balls and cars. And for adults, there is a fireplace, barbecue, deckchairs, and a garden table. A boat and two 2-person kayaks are waiting for you by the lake. In the immediate vicinity there are many interesting people, small eco-farmers, artists, cheese makers and beekeepers. They all gather in Jeziorany: - On Saturdays, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, there is a well-known Eco Market with wonderful, authentic products of local micro-farmers - cheese, bread, cakes, smoked fish, eggs, preserves, pates or our blueberries. Eko Market is also a social event, it is here that new and old inhabitants of these lands meet and meet. Curious and curious people, talkative, open-minded and broad-minded people in the microregion. - Revita Warmia Gallery, which you will surely find at the Eco Market. It is worth going here for local art, delicious coffee, information about the neighborhood, cultural events of the area. You can participate in an open-air painting, buy a book about the history of Jezioran, and even find out if there is land for sale in the area. In the off-season, in autumn and winter, it also happens, although it is quieter. There are social and cultural meetings: exhibitions, meetings with authors, mini-concerts, thematic discussions and lectures. - "Not a very ordinary theater" is a local initiative in which actors are second-generation Warmian locals. Run by cheese maker and director Stephan Lefevre. Performances are performed all over the area, from Olsztyn to Jeziorany. Watch their repertoire and schedule of performances, because it's worth it. Nowe Kawkowo is a separate chapter. Warmia attracts bohemians, artists and crazy social activists. Here at Galeria Kawkowo you can buy works by local artists, drink delicious coffee and eat homemade cake. From time to time, workshops with local artists, meetings and talks are held here.
