Hi! We’re Mike and Joanna - a Polish-Dutch duo who fell in love with Tuscany and each other. Camping Lucherino is our new adventure. Established in 1978, it’s like a bottle of good wine, a bit dusty, but like a well-aged wine, it only gets better with time. We’ve dusted it off and can’t wait to share it with you!

Our campsite is tiered, set on a hillside with terraces, offering a view that needs no filters. Rolling Tuscan hills, the charming villages of Maremma, and sunsets that never get old. A short walk away, you’ll find Monticello Amiata – cobblestone streets, morning espressos, and friendly chats at the local bar.

Life on the campsite? It’s all about the simple pleasures that boost your endorphins, like a favorite dessert. Morning walks barefoot in the dew afternoon naps in a hammock, or stargazing at night. You can wander forest paths, cool off in the stream, or visit our neighbors – adorable llamas and majestic horses.

Feeling more adventurous? We highly recommend Monte Amiata, the tallest mountain in southern Tuscany, with trails perfect for trekking or cycling.For wine enthusiasts: Montepulciano is stunning, but Montalcino truly captures the hearts of connoisseurs. And it’s just a 30-minute drive from us.

We won’t sugarcoat it – we have over 70 spots, so in peak season, it gets lively! By the pool, you’ll hear laughter and conversations in many languages. If your idea of relaxation is peace and quiet, visit us off-season. We’ve got cozy glamping tents, spaces for camper vans, and classic camping pitches. We’re waiting for you all year round.
