A thousand-year-old castle, a vast estate, and Spanish horses galloping on the horizon. While it may sound like a movie script, thanks to the Bolza family, it’s a recipe for a truly royal retreat!

The castle seems old (its origins date back to the year 900!), but don't be fooled by appearances. Inside, you'll find modernity and comfort with no hint of medieval discomfort. Seriously, it’s like a journey through time, but with Wi-Fi and comfy beds. The castle hides countless nooks and crannies waiting to be discovered. Charming corners perfect for a romantic dinner for two or a tuned piano that seems to invite a spontaneous concert.

There’s a place here called Palm Court, where wrought iron columns flirt with a glass ceiling, creating an atmosphere straight out of the fin de siècle era. Can you feel the mysterious vibe, like something out of Agatha Christie? Grab a book from the library, sink into a cozy chair, and savor the moment with a glass of fine wine.

And the entire estate is no small matter — 1,500 hectares of land. A piece of untouched Umbria, where nature reigns, and wild animals feel right at home. Here, you can lose yourself in your thoughts, chase butterflies, track wolves, or simply lie on the grass and watch the clouds change shapes. Or do nothing at all. Because sometimes, doing nothing is the best thing under the sun, isn’t it?
