This place reminds us of returns. To the past and to nature. To times when people saw cows in person more often than on a milk carton. And horses worked side by side with farmers in the fields. And here, it's just like that – no chemicals or artificial flavors. Just pure nature. Where the luxury is the morning silence, the taste of freshly picked fruit, and the sight of galloping Lusitano horses outside your window.

The landscape stretches like a living canvas – from rocky cliffs and ancient oaks to olive and almond groves, through green valleys dotted with plantations, organic orchards, and a vineyard. You can peek into the idyllic life on a Spanish farm from behind the scenes and straight from a copper bathtub. The orchard is a true treasure trove of flavors - from the local Pero de Ronda to juicy peaches, apricots, pears, quinces, and figs. And that amazing scent in the air? It's the aroma of herbs from garden, inspired by medieval monastery gardens. In the natural apothecary, you’ll even find edible flowers. Hand-picked olives are turned into homemade olive oil. They even make their own almond milk here!

Sheep and goats graze on the meadows, and Pajuna cow proudly eye the guests. Chickens cluck in their henhouse, and bees busily pollinate the flowers. German draft horses, mules, and donkeys help with daily farm work. Sometimes wild boars drop by unannounced, deer dash across the fields, and high above, vultures and eagles soar gracefully in the sky.

Feel free to switch off your phone. No meditation app needed to catch your breath here! When you spot the Andalusian farm high in the Serranía de Ronda, in southern Spain – you know it here. La Donaira.
