Hi! This is Justyna, I am a certified Shinrin Yoku or forest bathing guide.

These are walks in the forest, but a bit unusual, because they are slow and use mindfulness practices and engage the senses. It is a return to the roots and an awareness of how much we need to wrap ourselves in nature, and at the same time calm our overstimulated bodies.

I design sessions for groups and individuals. The duration of such a walk is 2-4 hours. I am based in Krakow, where I organize meetings in the Wolski Forest, but my favorite place that has a special place in my heart is Zalasowa (Małopolska Province). This is the town where I spent my entire childhood in my Grandma's garden, on the edge of the forest, and where I now invite and take people with me, trying to awaken in them something that we formally call building a bond with nature. The cost of the internship is 60 PLN per person, and in the case of travel I price the internship individually.
