Hello, this is Daga from Kalinówka. I invite you to slow food culinary workshops in Wzgórza Dylewskie. A real festival of traditional, regional and old Polish cuisine awaits you. At our workshops you will not receive ready-made recipes or recipes, but you will learn what jazz is like in the kitchen. I will show you how not to be tense, not to measure or weigh, but how to add heart, finesse and ease.
I love old recipes and zero waste cuisine. We don't throw anything away, we don't waste anything, we use everything!
Sample program:
– Dylewska Maturing ham entered on the List of Traditional Products of the Ministry of Agriculture as our crowning product: history of creation, recipe, tasting with pear,
– a little love: an aphrodisiac – snails from our garden baked with garlic-parsley butter in shells with wine – tasting on a baguette,
– France elegance: Masurian foie gras made of goose liver,
– brawl, so Bruno and I smoke fish and vegetables for dinner,
– acidified people, or grandmother's pickles as a national good vs. kimchi, one of the 5 healthiest dishes in the world, included on the UNESCO list. Chopping, cutting and arranging into jars together. Each participant takes their creations home
– chocolate chocolate, i.e. cake without flour,
