Apparently you can't be in Warmia in the summer and not visit Niwa. It was created a few years ago as a project of Kwaśne Jabłka and this should serve as a sufficient recommendation. Instead of fighting the natural need for hedonism and the even unnatural need for hospitality, we made use of these features in Niwa. The cuisine is based on ecological products from our farm (vegetables, fruit, eggs, poultry, buckwheat, honey, vinegars) and from friendly local craftsmen (dairy products, cold-pressed oils, ecological meat and fish). This is a summary of the last years of our work - on the one hand, the path to the greatest possible independence and production of high-quality food, and on the other - cooperation with farmers, jointly improving the quality of manufactured products, creating a group of factories from the Pasłęka Valley. Ewa and Marcin from Kwaśne Jabłka are responsible for the menu, combining ideas brought from their travels with traditional flavors straight from the meadows and fields.
