We want to share with you real, chemical- and additive-free, long-fermented, natural bread that we produce ourselves. And we eat it ourselves, so we can vouch for its quality and taste.

Marek bakes bread every Friday to sell locally. Bread delivered can be ordered mainly within 20 km of Modry Ganek, including: to Gierzwałd, Pacółtowo, Pacółtówek, Mielno, Grunwald, Wysokie Wieś, Dąbronów, Grabin and the vicinity of these towns, as well as to Olsztynek and Ostróda. You can also, after prior order, pick up bread from our farm and visit the Bread House.

Our offer includes wheat, spelled and sourdough rye bread (from a mold or round, from a basket), as well as organic wheat ciabatta.
