The kitchen at Villa Elise is a special thing for us, because we ourselves belong to the so-called foodies, i.e. we cannot live without good and real food. This is the kind of cuisine, based on natural products, that we serve in our restaurant "Kaczka i Wino". Our key suppliers are local producers from the Kłodzko region, but also from other parts of Lower Silesia. The main theme of our restaurant's menu is duck and wine - our two great passions. Duck is served in several ways, depending on the season and the availability of various products. Our specially composed wine list and tastings organized several times a year help us gradually spread the culture of wine drinking. Our menu also includes suggestions for vegans and vegetarians. Another specialty of the restaurant is real sourdough bread baked on site, which, thanks to its unique recipe, has been awarded the Lower Silesia Culinary Heritage mark. The restaurant was the first in Lower Silesia to receive the SLOW FOOD POLSKA recommendation.
