In our restaurant, you will find a short menu consisting of dishes inspired by both regional cuisine and the numerous travels of Mr. and Mrs. Borrell. We rely on seasonal products and local suppliers.

We serve exquisite food: stylish but unpretentious. We use fresh, locally purchased meat, fish, vegetables and lamb from our own farm. We prepare interesting and innovative dishes inspired by meals from our travels around the world, with a good sense of what is best in Polish cuisine.

Our favorite dishes include: lamb roast in traditional New Zealand style, duck breast with home-made quince sauce and Provençal chicken with Kashubian mushrooms.

Kania Lodge is home to one of the largest and most interesting wine cellars in Poland. The list includes 250 wines from leading vineyards from around the world, almost all of which we have visited in person. Many of the wines are available by the glass, and we offer friendly, professional assistance in pairing wine with your chosen dishes.
