We invite you to our seasonal restaurant in Masuria, located in the building of an old forge. We specialize in lamb and game. The chef is Weronika Wąsiakowska-Otrębska

Our menu includes several permanent propositions. For example, lamb shashlik, which we have been serving according to an unchanged recipe since the very beginning of the restaurant's existence, i.e. since 1990. It was then that the Old Forge was established, in a building previously attended by a blacksmith. Our kebabs are roasted over the same fire where he used to work. A large part of our menu changes very dynamically, depending on what we receive from the forest and fields. You will always find vegetarian options (e.g. zander, oyster mushroom tripe) and vegan options (e.g. dumplings with green peas, dumplings with vegan filling). The products used in our dishes come from our farm and local producers. We have our own well, water intake and gassing system. Try our compote or hyćka (lilac syrup with carbonated water). All drinks on the menu (including alcohol) are Polish products.

You can come to us with your children. We have a sandbox and plenty of outdoor space for them. Your pets are also welcome.

We are open all week, except Wednesdays, from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. (although we sometimes extend opening hours). It's best to call and reserve your table, sometimes there won't be enough tables for you when you arrive spontaneously.
