Kuchnia Regionalna Jasnochówka
Restaurant

The Jasnochówka Inn is located on Lake Wdzydzkie in Borsk and specializes in serving Kashubian cuisine, but not only that. Guests can enjoy dishes that are hard to find in modern restaurants, such as Kashubian soup, pork loin with bone, ribs with gray dumplings, Kashubian roulade, pierogi with kaszanka or Kashubian spindles.
A real hit are Kashubian doughnuts called "ruchanki" prepared by Grandma Sabinka, who is a grandmother not only to her grandchildren, but also to many of our guests. The kitchen in Jasnochówka is passionately managed by the founder of the Rural Housewives Association, her three daughters and grandmother, creating a unique place full of family tradition and Kashubian flavors.
During the meal, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the "Kashubian sea" and the nearby island. An additional advantage is the possibility of sailing on the water located in the heart of the Wdzydze Landscape Park, renting water equipment at the nearby marina and resting in the shade of trees. A stay in Borsk is also a great opportunity to admire the charms of the Wda River during a kayaking trip or from a bird's eye view, taking advantage of the opportunities offered by the nearby airport.
Jasnochówka is not only about food and active recreation, but also a place with a rich history, closely associated with the Pomeranian painter Kazimierz Jasnoch. The currently existing house was once his place of residence and work. After many years, this area, due to its unique location right next to Lake Wdzydze, was transformed into a holiday resort, which after a long break is once again bustling with life.
We invite you from May to September inclusive. In May, we operate during the long May weekend and other weekends. In June, July, August and September, we are open every day. The kitchen is open from 12:00 to 19:00 during the high season, and until 17:00 during the low season.
