Our Niebo i las restaurant is a symbolic return to the roots, to natural, unprocessed ingredients. We want to restore the balance between people and nature, not only in our culinary creations, but also on a wider scale. In the Łubinowe Wzgórze Health Village we have our own permaculture garden where we grow vegetables, herbs and flowers.
