We invite you to try Kuraszów specialties from our restaurant.
A team of experienced chefs prepares dishes from local products and vegetables straight from our garden, cultivated by Mr. Tadeusz. We follow the slow food principle and prepare everything at the time of order. Seasonal dishes end up on the table, e.g. beetroot, spinach and ricotta ravioli with butter sauce, halibut with creamy puree and grilled vegetables, wild boar dumplings with chanterelle sauce, cold cheesecake with orange and strawberry mousse.
Our restaurant receives his oils from Mr. Andrzej, who presses them and prepares them in various versions. We also cooperate with the Sznajder farm. Mr. and Mrs. Sznajder prepare their pickles, known in Lower Silesia, for us. We use them to prepare the pickled cucumber cream.
Our Russian pierogi, which you will have the opportunity to feast on, are masterfully made by Ala and Krysia from flour from the Skokowa mill. The honey on the morning table comes from the Zuzia apiary located near Kuraszkowo.
We prepare our special "Hetman" bread with rye sprouts on site. We also smoke cold cuts and make sausages ourselves.
