Śródborska Manufaktura Serów
Local Producer

Hi, this is Magda. As a teenager, I would escape from the city in every free moment to explore the Bieszczady Mountains on a Hucul horse. After completing my studies in animal sciences, I moved to Śródbórz with my husband. We run an authentic farm here, living everyday life.
I make cheese from the milk of my sheep myself, which I milk myself. And I am on first-name terms with each of them. :) I grow lavender, run workshops for children and adults, in which I am accompanied by donkeys Bambus and Parchatka and a flock of cuddly hens.
Our cheese-making season starts at the turn of February/March and ends in September. During this period, we organize cheese-making workshops, both for the youngest and for cheese-making enthusiasts. An additional attraction is the opportunity to spend time with the residents of our sheep kindergarten - feeding and cuddles are always included.
From June to September, lavender blooms, and we also make two fields of it available to our guests, organizing workshops on making cosmetics and handicrafts from this unique plant. During this period, we also organize special events, such as atmospheric hen parties, lavender weddings, and small wedding or occasional receptions.
Additionally, every month we transform into a restaurant and during Dinner Under the Stars we serve dishes from a menu specially prepared for this occasion. Guests reserve tables in our Lux Stodola or outside - in a lavender field (here you can also reserve a special "table", i.e. a bathtub for two, set in lavender and surrounded by candles. Sitting in it - of course without water - you can watch the stars in the Śródbórz sky).
We also conduct classes that we call forest-meadow, during which we show participants how to use the nature surrounding us. We create forest crowns and bouquets with children, and with adults or entire families we make natural cosmetics, teas, and decorations.
Workshops we run:
A DAY AT THE FARM
This is an ideal option for families. Cuddling and feeding lambs, self-therapy, i.e. a very cozy meeting with our donkeys, taking eggs out of the henhouse and visiting the cheese factory is a turbo package of pleasure, during which endorphins are produced on their own. :)
We are gradually adding more tickets to these meetings - we want our animals and visitors to meet in small, intimate groups.
CHEESE-MAKING WORKSHOPS
This is an event for beginner cheese-makers and cheese lovers who would like to try cheese-making at home.
Workshops usually last 1-2 days, which allows you to immerse yourself in our sheep world.
EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS
We belong to the Educational Farms Network, within which we host kindergartens and schools. Thanks to our programs, children can get closer to nature again, and people with disabilities and seniors can experience the closeness of our animals.
Full description of workshops for groups and individuals and purchase of tickets can be found on our website. We invite you :)
