We are a slow food restaurant - this is our food philosophy. We don't eat just anything. We ensure the integrity of our products so that they come from proven, local sources and are of the highest quality. We run a garden from which we obtain most of our products - mainly fruit, vegetables and herbs. Vegetables, some dairy products and meat are supplied to us by personally verified local farmers. Our farm also has an orchard with old varieties of apple, cherry, pear and plum trees. We strive to ensure that these wonderful varieties are not forgotten. We want to preserve the flavors we remember from childhood. Every year we seal the magic of these fruits in jars from which you can eat with your fingers. Villa Greta is a family restaurant. Next to the restaurant there is a huge sandbox, a playground, a maze in summer and a safe green space. There is a snow hill and sled on duty, and you can warm your frozen nose by the fireplace. The Villa Greta restaurant is part of our family home. A long time ago, there was a space for farm animals in the fireplace room. There are also details that helped when working with animals. Today it is just a memory, but the homely atmosphere remains. At Villa Greta you can organize family celebrations, intimate parties, yoga or therapeutic workshops, meetings or company dinners. Everything in a slow atmosphere, close to nature, good people and flavors appreciated for years.
