It is possible that the smell of pho chay, roti bread, freshly baked, buttery rolls or Vietnamese coffee will bring you here. We lead the turn: Edziu and Mars, a crazy couple who live in the Bystrzyckie Mountains, in a house on the turn. In my free time, I deal with ceramics, and Edzia creates new recipes. Together, we catch culinary inspirations from around the world and take them to the heart of the Bystrzyckie Mountains, creating unique flavors. You can eat street food with us, including: Vietnamese, Korean and Indian cuisine. First Zakręt was established at Nowa Bystrzyca 75 (you can still catch us there on weekends during the summer season). In December, Zakręt was upgraded, which is still ongoing and now you will find us a few hundred meters lower, in Bystrzyca at Wojska Polskiego 26/15.
