By education, I am an andragogist, naturotherapist, holistic dietitian, acupuncturist, manual therapist, graduate of the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Krakow and the Academy of Kinesiology, where I am still studying and developing my skills in the field of energy kinesiology and neurokinesiology year by year; a lover of slow life, psychobiology and total biology, crazy about healthy cooking, 5 Transformations Kitchen, herbs, beekeeping, yoga, photography, nature, people and mountains - always in the process of development :)
To be here and wake up every morning with a big smile - I swapped my suit for an apron, and my laptop for a frying pan.
I have always loved feeding, but for a few years now I have been doing it (in the warmer part of the year), in the forest, on top of a Gorce hill.

I taste life, and the best flavors are in the Gorce Mountains, so cooking here comes easily to me. But my best recipe is a recipe for life - find something you love and you will appreciate every moment. I have found it so far, so I appreciate it every day - I am carried by the incredible energy of the place and the people who visit it, thanks to them new ideas for cuisine, health and life are constantly emerging.
