A cozy guesthouse with 7 rooms, located in the Beskids. We serve royal breakfasts. In the old barn we have a sauna and a common space for relaxation. For adults and teenagers.

We have been connected with Istebna and the Tricity (Istebna, Koniaków and Jaworzynka) for about 9 years. I come from eastern Mazowsze (from the small village of Nowy Bartkow) while Neil is Scottish, coming from Edinburgh. Neil has been connected to Poland since the 90s, and we have been making our home together in Poland for a long time. We have travelled the world and are trying to use the experience we have gained to run the guesthouse. From Monday to Thursday, you - our guests - and the house are taken care of by our hostess Ira - a woman with a heart on her hand and great cooking talent, and Basia - a specialist in delicious breakfasts. We (Neil and I) are usually at the Villa from Thursday to Sunday. We plan to settle permanently in Istebna next year.

Nasz dom jest nastawiony na kameralny odpoczynek, dbamy o spokój i komfort naszych Gości, dlatego prosimy o uszanowanie godzin ciszy nocnej i atmosfery całego domu, dzięki temu wszyscy będą mogli komfortowo wypocząć.
