Willa Zwolakówka

In a charming, almost 100-year-old villa located in a Beskid village, famous for its beautiful views and wonderful bicycle routes (and more). We welcome adults and young people over 10 years of age. We are happy to host younger children during the winter break. Zwolakówka is located on the main road leading south. We have 7 rooms in our guesthouse: - two standard double rooms - "standard" - two larger double rooms - "de Luxe" - two double rooms with a sofa on which another person can sleep - "double 2+1" - one family for 2 adults and 2 children - "family". Each room has a bathroom equipped with a shower, a hairdryer and basic cosmetics (shower gel, shampoo, soap). There is a shared fridge and microwave in the corridor. There is also a lockable room in the house that serves as a bicycle storage room in summer and a ski room in winter. The common areas include a large living room divided into zones so that everyone has a piece of space for themselves. There is a fireplace, comfortable armchairs and a large table where you can play board games and work. At the back of the property we have a garden with terraces, lounge furniture, deckchairs, a place for a bonfire and a barbecue. We also encourage you to use the relaxation area with a sauna overlooking the forest and a terrace overlooking the towering spruce trees. This zone is located in an old barn, which we transformed into a unique place. We have arranged a living room with comfortable armchairs and a fireplace, there is also a bathroom, a small kitchen, a mezzanine with fatboy seats and a terrace with deckchairs. We reserve the barn exclusively for a given room/group (it is additionally paid). The house is very warm, we have central heating that is on all year round. We recommend it for those who are cold. We have fiber-optic internet, so we recommend Zwolakówka as a place suitable for remote work and learning. Important: for fire safety reasons, it is prohibited to use heaters, toasters, electric irons and other similar devices that are not part of the room equipment in the rooms, and it is also prohibited to smoke and use open flames throughout the facility.

Only local delicacies! We rely on eggs from our neighbors and homemade meats from Mr. Piotr. We also have our own small garden, so chives, lettuce, dill and other herbs come from us (in season, of course). We serve breakfast in the form of a very varied buffet. Our housewives prepare delicious delicacies: fritters, delicate pancakes, "French toast a'la Zwolakówka", eggs on toast, green sandwiches. We also try to bake homemade rolls if time allows. For breakfast we offer our homemade jams made from currants that grow in the garden and berries from our forest. We collect and dry a lot of herbs and serve healthy infusions. We also offer breakfast options for vegans, vegetarians and gluten-free people - please let us know your preferred diet on the day of booking. Homemade cakes, fruit, coffee from an espresso machine, a selection of teas, water and juices are available in the dining room throughout the day. We can recommend several pubs in the area: - Karczma Po Zbóju, 5 minutes away. on foot from Zwolakówka. – traditional highland food (including delicious garlic soup and crispy pancakes), - Karczma Ochodzita in Koniaków with beautiful views (in good weather you can see the Tatra Mountains), - Złoty Groń restaurant located on the top of the Złoty Groń mountain, in the hotel of the same name. Here you can also admire beautiful views, - fish restaurant in Jablunkov "Rybárna Stern".

For those who want a bit of boredom, there is a large, comfortable living room with armchairs, sofas and a chaise longue. You can stare at the burning fire in the fireplace, read a book, talk to friends. There is also a garden where you can take advantage of the good weather and recharge your batteries with vitamin D. But you don't have to be bored, because there are plenty of cures for boredom on site and in the surrounding area. At location: - relaxation zone with a sauna, which you reserve exclusively for yourself. This zone is located in a renovated barn, which has a comfortable living room, a small kitchen and bathroom, and a terrace where you can cool off after a sauna session and admire the starry sky. A bit of pleasure for the body and a good idea for spending a pleasant evening for two or gossiping with friends or relaxing after a day spent in the mountains; - a terrace with a pergola where you can not only laze around, but also organize a barbecue or light a bonfire; - high-class MTB bikes for rent. The host is passionate about MTB and will be happy to take you on one of his favorite routes to show you how much fun you can get from this sport. Additionally, he provides technical tips, so you can learn something. Nearby, at the Srebrny Bucznik Hotel, you can take advantage of the offer of massages and body treatments.  In the area: Trójwieś Istebna-Koniaków-Jaworzynka is an ideal place for hiking, cycling and admiring wildlife. There are plenty of trails to choose from, and the closest ones (to Stożek) are accessible directly from the neighboring forest. We are also close to Barania Góra. Along the way, you can stop for a small (or large) snack at the Przysłop pod Barania Górą or Stożek shelters. In winter, you can also go classic or cross-country skiing. The nearest Zagroń and Złoty Groń ski lifts are located approximately 1.5 km from Zwolakówka. The cross-country skiing routes on Kubalonka are approximately 4 km from the Villa.
