Willa Zwolakówka

In a charming, almost 100-year-old villa located in a Beskid village, famous for its beautiful views and wonderful bike trails (and not only). We invite adults and young people over 14 years of age to visit us. We are happy to host younger children during the winter holidays. Zwolakówka is located on the main road leading south. We have 7 rooms in our guesthouse: - two standard double rooms - "standard" - two larger double rooms - "de Luxe" - two double rooms with a sofa on which one more person can sleep - "double 2 + 1" - one family room for 2 adults and 2 children - "family". Each room has a bathroom equipped with a shower and a hair dryer as well as basic cosmetics (shower gel and shampoo, soap). In the corridor there is a shared fridge and microwave. The house also has a lockable room that serves as a bicycle room in the summer and as a ski room in the winter. The common areas include a large living room divided into zones, so that everyone has a piece of space for themselves. There is a fireplace, comfortable armchairs and a large table where you can play board games available on site and work. At the back of the property we have a garden with terraces, lounge furniture, deckchairs, a place for a bonfire and a barbecue. We also encourage you to use the relaxation zone with a sauna overlooking the forest and a terrace, also looking at the towering spruces. This zone is located in an old barn, which we have transformed into a unique place. We have arranged a living room with comfortable armchairs and a fireplace there, there is also a bathroom, a small kitchenette, a mezzanine with "fatboy" seats and a terrace with deckchairs. We reserve the barn exclusively for a given room/group (it is additionally payable). The house is very warm, we have central heating, which is on all year round. We recommend ourselves for people who get cold. We have fiber optic internet, so we recommend Zwolakówka as a place suitable for remote work and study. Important: due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters, toasters, electric irons and other similar devices that are not part of the room equipment in the rooms, as well as smoking and using open fire in the entire facility.

Only local delicacies! We rely on eggs from our neighbors and homemade meats from Mr. Piotr. We also have our own small garden, so chives, lettuce, dill and other herbs come from us (in season, of course). We serve breakfast in the form of a very varied buffet. Our housewives prepare delicious delicacies: fritters, delicate pancakes, "French toast a'la Zwolakówka", eggs on toast, green sandwiches. We also try to bake homemade rolls if time allows. For breakfast we offer our homemade jams made from currants that grow in the garden and berries from our forest. We collect and dry a lot of herbs and serve healthy infusions. We also offer breakfast options for vegans, vegetarians and gluten-free people - please let us know your preferred diet on the day of booking. Homemade cakes, fruit, coffee from an espresso machine, a selection of teas, water and juices are available in the dining room throughout the day. We can recommend several pubs in the area: - Karczma Po Zbóju, 5 minutes away. on foot from Zwolakówka. – traditional highland food (including delicious garlic soup and crispy pancakes), - Karczma Ochodzita in Koniaków with beautiful views (in good weather you can see the Tatra Mountains), - Złoty Groń restaurant located on the top of the Złoty Groń mountain, in the hotel of the same name. Here you can also admire beautiful views, - fish restaurant in Jablunkov "Rybárna Stern".

For those who want to get a bit bored, there is a large, comfortable living room with armchairs, sofas and a chaise longue. You can gaze at the fire burning in the fireplace, read a book, talk to friends. There is also a garden where you can take advantage of the good weather and recharge your batteries with vitamin D. But you don't have to be bored at all, because on site and in the area there are plenty of remedies for boredom. On site: - a relaxation zone with a sauna, which you reserve exclusively for yourself. This zone is located in a renovated barn, which has a comfortable living room, a small kitchenette and a bathroom, as well as a terrace, where you can cool off after a session in the sauna and admire the starry sky. A bit of pleasure for the body and a good idea for spending a pleasant evening for two or gossiping with friends or relaxing after days spent in the mountains; - a terrace with a pergola, where you can not only laze around, but also have a barbecue or light a bonfire; - high-class MTB bikes for rent. Istebna is a paradise for cyclists! You can go wild on the downhill trails on Złoty Groń or escape to the forest and mountains for adventure, for nature. We have prepared a whole lot of trails for you to choose from. - In Zwolakówka you can get a massage. Dominika can do wonders and after her massages, you will feel like you are reborn. Please book 2 weeks in advance. In the neighborhood, at the Srebrny Bucznik Hotel, you can also take advantage of the offer of massages and body treatments. We have prepared proposals for mountain trips for hikers. The first trail starts right behind the gate, and then forests, streams, mountains... In the area: The Istebna-Koniaków-Jaworzynka Trivière is an ideal place for hiking, cycling trips and admiring wildlife. You can choose from a variety of trails, and the closest ones (to Stożek) are accessible directly from the forest next to us. Barania Góra is also close by. On the way, you can stop for a little (or a lot) at the Przysłop pod Barania Górą or Stożek Shelters. In winter, you can also go classic or cross-country skiing. The nearest Zagroń and Złoty Groń lifts are located about 1.5 km from Zwolakówka. The cross-country skiing trails on Kubalonka are about 4 km from the Villa.
