On a 5-hectare clearing surrounded by forest stands a cottage. It has a view of 3 horses, a pond and trees. Around Warmia, lakes, Vistula Lagoon, Green Velo and peace. No neighbors. Dogs are welcome, though.

Bartek i Gosia

Bartosz is a man from here, he knows most of the people and all the trees in the area. He discovers and gets to know the traditions and culture of Warmia. Football coach, music lover, loves the history of the region, loves flowers and birds. He has been involved in sports since childhood, he supports sports clubs in development on a daily basis, providing them with professional clothing.

Gosia is an incorrect wizard - she is a fan of strategies and initiatives. Gdynia from flesh and blood. She loves to dance, run, ride and travel as an amateur. She used to run her own dance studio. Currently, she is fulfilling herself as an online marketing expert: she creates pages, graphics and content.

Zagroda Podgórze is another joint project of Gosia and Bartek. Bartek, as a native of Warmiak, made sure that the stay in the Farm was authentic, idyllic and unforgettable. Gosia, in turn, will take care to control the "internet" well.

Zapraszamy Was przez cały rok, na min. 2 noce. Wyjątki stanowią te długie weekendy:

Boże Narodzenie – 21-26 grudnia
3200zł (800zł/doba)
Sylwester 27 grudnia – 1 stycznia
2400zł (800zł/doba)
Wielkanoc 7 – 10 kwietnia
2250zł (750zł/doba)
Majówka 28 kwietnia – 1 maja
3750zł (750zł/doba)
Boże Ciało 8 – 11 czerwca
2250zł (750zł/doba)

Pobieramy kaucję zwrotną w wysokości 500 zł (przelew na 1-3 dni przed zameldowaniem), zwrotna w dniu wyjazdu.

Nie pobieramy opłat za dzieci do lat 5. Przy planowaniu pobytu z dziećmi należy pamiętać, że nasz drewniany domek nie posiada gładkich ścian (może zdarzyć się drzazga) na tarasie są niewielkie szpary, mamy dębowe drewniane schody i barierki ze sznura jutowego na antresoli.

Decyzję o przyjeździe z małymi dziećmi pozostawiamy Wam.

Rezerwacja jest potwierdzona po wpłacie zadatku w wysokości 50% pobytu w terminie maksymalnie 3 dni roboczych od dnia potwierdzenia rezerwacji przez Gospodarzy. Reszta kwoty wpłacana jest na 3 tygodnie przed terminem przyjazdu.

Gość ma możliwość bezpłatnej rezygnacji do 21 dni przed rozpoczęciem pobytu.

Cena za pobyt czworonoga to – 50 zł/doba/każde zwierzę ( od 20.03..2024). Zwierzaki powinny mieć swoje legowiska (psy ) i leżeć na podłodze ( prośba o uszanowanie naszych łóżek i kanap )
