In a small house on a large plot. You have 42 meters of interior and 5 hectares of exterior at your disposal. In addition, there are no neighbors, bald eagles overhead, foxes and badgers on the escarpment behind the house, herons by the pond and moose, which usually pass through the area when no one is watching. The house is located in a basin, near the forest, has a sunny terrace, a fireplace and underfloor heating, and accommodation for up to 4 people. The living room overlooking the forest has: - pull-out couch - a coffee table - fireplace The living room connects to a small but fully functional kitchenette, which even has a dishwasher. There is also a dining area with a table that seats 4. In the bedroom on the ground floor there is: - opened sofa - dresser - 2 bedside lamps There is also a bathroom with a shower and a mini wardrobe with 2 shelves, a container with linen and space to leave your luggage. There is also a vestibule that connects to the terrace, where you can flatten out. On the mezzanine there is a second bedroom with a comfortable double bed. There is also an armchair (reading) corner. You can grab one of our selected items or read something of your own.

Our dear friends, it will be exactly as you plan it - the house, along with 5 hectares of forest and meadows, you receive exclusively, so you set the rules: whether you travel with children, with friends, as a couple, or maybe alone! Do you spend all your free time on the spot and walk to Lake Piekiełko (one kilometer) or explore the area as far as the Baltic Sea. You will probably be surprised by the fact that from our part of Warmia to the sea we have about 25 km and that's by water! You can get from Frombork to Krynica Morska by Żegluga Gdańska. Warmia is separated from the sea by the Vistula Lagoon. At the mouth of the lagoon you can very pleasantly SUP - conditions that are conducive to rowing. There is a lot of water in the area, because starting from the yard, we have our own pond where you can listen to frogs serenade. There is a mention of Hell and Lake Podgórze with a peat bog around it. Less than 4 km from us, in Braniewo, you can start kayaking on the Pasłęka. Life here also revolves around horses. Three live in our area, and a little further, on my parents' farm, another. Ours are very cuddly, so if you don't want to get in the saddle, you can just stroke them, and this is plus a thousand to peace and joy. But it is of course possible (for an additional fee) to take driving lessons or go to our Warmian area. What we highly recommend! Rides can take place at sunset, through beautiful forests to the hill next to the house or to the lagoon. Sometimes we go into the water with the horses and bathe with them. Believe me - the views will be a firecracker! Well, we already have that you can live actively with us. For cyclists - the Green Velo Eastern Bicycle Trail, which starts at the Vistula Lagoon. Between Braniewo and Elbląg you can find places where you can see the surface of the Baltic Sea from a bicycle saddle. For runners, the surrounding ducts and dirt roads, for walkers, the Copernicus Trail. That is 300 km of a walking trail commemorating the famous astronomer. It leads through the towns right next to us: Elbląg, Tolkmicko, Frombork, Braniewo up to Kurzętniki (300 km further). For short trips we also recommend: - Lidzbark Warmiński with thermal baths for bad weather. A walk along the promenade along the Łyna River. - Frombork, i.e. visiting an interesting historical city and with a pit stop for coffee in the water tower. We recommend talking to the owners, they are great people from whom you can listen to many interesting stories. - To Braniewo, which is the oldest town in Warmia. Here you can see, for example, the rebuilt Gothic church of St. Catherine and the remains of the bishop's castle, i.e. the gate tower. For lunch and coffee, you can stop at the Kościuszki 30 restaurant. - Go to Klejnów to count how many stork's nests can fit in one village.
