Atmospheric Warmia agritourism. In a house from 1880 we have 4 rooms with bathrooms on the first floor. The Łyna River behind the fence, breakfasts and dinners. Hammock, pond and silence.

Our names are Paula and Maks Wiśnicki. We were both born and raised in Warmia, although we later moved away. Our winding paths have led us back to our hometown, and now we invite you here.
Our habitat is located in the tiny village of Kotowo. There is no shop, post office, bus stop, people or noise here. There are birds singing, frogs croaking, a starry sky and, above all, time.
Within the area of 2.5 hectares of our habitat there is a house, a farm building, an old German orchard, a grove with hammocks, a pond, and a beautiful flowering meadow where our apiary is located.
We dream of a place open to other people, fully integrated with the rhythm of nature. We are attracted to the seasonality of rural life. That's why we have bees, a garden, and we dream about horses, sheep or chickens.

Zapraszamy na naszą maleńką warmińską wieś. Kotowo to prawdziwa sielanka, jaką coraz trudniej znaleźć. Tutaj życie płynie niespiesznie, jest tylko cisza i czas. Jeśli szukacie wypoczynku jak u babci, pachnącym chlebem na zakwasie i drożdżówką czy sławetnych wczasów pod gruszą, w hamaku, słuchając leniwego brzęczenia owadów, to trafiliście doskonale.
Mamy dla Was przestronny jasny pokój z prywatną łazienką i dużym małżeńskim łóżkiem (lub dwoma pojedynczymi łóżkami, jeśli wolicie). Mamy rowery, kajaki i ognisko. Oprócz tego wielki salon z kanapami, planszówkami, kominkiem i projektorem na niepogodę. W pakiecie z noclegiem przygotujemy śniadanie napakowane lokalnymi rarytasami z naszego ogrodu, pasieki i od lokalnych gospodarzy. Możemy też umówić się na dodatkowo płatną kolację.

Pobieramy 50% zaliczki, która jest zwrotna do 21 dni przed datą przyjazdu. Po tym czasie możecie się w ramach zaliczki przenieść na inny termin. W przypadku niepojawienia się w dniu przyjazdu bez wcześniejszej informacji zaliczki nie zwracamy.
Meldujemy do godziny 20:00. Pokój będzie gotowy o 16:00, prosimy o zdanie pokoju do godziny 11:00.
Jesteśmy miejscem wybitnie zwierzolubnym, co oznacza, że zazwyczaj jest u nas kilka psów, a zdarzają się też koty. Dodatkowo w naszej okolicy jest bardzo dużo zwierzyny. Weźcie pod rozwagę, czy nie będzie to stresujące dla Waszego pupila lub innych zwierzaków.
