Dzikie Róże

Translated automatically with Google Translate

Happy people live here, who caught up with the dreams of a great garden, renovated a very old house and lived in it with several abandoned animals. The showers are one hundred years old, two hundred wardrobes, and the oldest fragments of the house come from the reign of Zygmunt August and his beautiful romance with Barbara Radziwiłówna. It's just a bit of a story, because we do not know everything yet. The house only tells us what it wants and we wait patiently.

Eat here an excellent breakfast at the common table, you will know more than one interesting character, know the secrets of permaculture and healthy food, we will tell you some interesting stories, maybe we will infect you with love for Lower Silesia and Izerskie Foothills. Transfer us in time and space to a world that seems to be better. We are waiting here for you.

Magda i Rafał Tracz

People from Lesser Poland with a fantasy of a great garden, life in line with the sunrises and sunsets, wind and new. There was a house in the Sudetenland, which bought us in a quarter of an hour and so we found ourselves in Lower Silesia.

From the moment the guest house has started, we chat with the guests mornings and evenings, we taste and taste together, and all stories told at dinner could be written trilogy.

Where will I sleep?

The house is really old - the oldest part of it is probably half a thousand years old. The interior was equipped with antiques and their replicas, trying to fit into the epoch. We became regular visitors of open-air museums, hunted for old furniture. In the Wild Roses there is a hundred year old shower,... clothes are kept in old, Lower Silesian wardrobes and probably sleep on old beds, if we did not find that they are only 180 cm long. The beds are so new, though designed in the spirit of the times and definitely longer ...

Our guests have at their disposal:

On the ground floor:
• Double room with kitchenette and separate entrance.

On the floor:
• Two triple rooms with one double bed and one single.
• Quadruple Room: Two single beds and two double beds (they can be separated).
• Two bedroom apartment: bedroom with double bed and living room with double sofa bed.

On the second floor there is also 50 m2 common space for guests: a fully equipped kitchenette, a table for fourteen people and a seating area with a library and a fireplace.

What will I eat?

We try to show how much of the taste is in the vegetarian cuisine and that's how we practice it. You can be sure that the milk comes from cows grazing nearby, the eggs are from free-running hens and guinea fowls, we make various kinds of cheese ourselves. Vegetables and fruits come from our vegetable... and orchard and are free from chemistry. We work with local farms, gratefully buying from them everything that gave birth to the surrounding land.
You will eat breakfast at one common table, where we will put various types of home cottage cheese, various bread pastes, fresh, fragrant bread and everything that we consider "clean" food - healthy, growing at a leisurely pace, in our own way. He will be very social and very slow.
On request, we will prepare vegan or gluten-free dishes.

You can always cook something by yourself - there is a well-equipped kitchen for culinary fans.

How will I be entertained?

The foothills and the Jizera Mountains are worth visiting by bike and you do not really need to be Lance Armstrong. You can also walk a lot, run a little (the mecca of all ski runners) or just laze around. You can take part in handicraft workshops or go canoeing around the Bóbr River.
For our guests...
we have prepared:
summer kitchen with grill and smokehouse
place for a bonfire
four bikes
pond with a pebble beach
flowered garden
a dining room with a kitchenette, a couch and a fireplace
and in our library, apart from the novel, we have guides, albums and maps, and there are ready-made trails in our heads.

What is worth seeing?
- Szklarki and Kamieńczyk waterfalls. The first one is beautiful, and the second one is the highest in the Polish Sudetenland
 - Valley of Palaces and Gardens of the Jelenia Góra Valley
- Regional Brewery in Lwówek Śląski, which produces the oldest beer in Poland
- Historic Bóbr Valley Railway, and with it you will see 3 tunnels, an inverted bridge and the Pilchowicka Dam
- A knight's tower in Siedlęcin
- Every Saturday, a health food market in Siedlęcin, and on Sunday a famous flea market in Cieplice
- Manufacture of ceramics in Bolesławiec with necessary purchases (about 50 minutes from us)
- The renaissance town of Goerlitz
- The land of extinct volcanoes
- Agate and uranium mines
- Rudawy Janowickie and colorful lakes

We have a lot of ideas for trips outside the tourist trail and we will gladly reveal them at breakfast.

What's for children?

We are not an adult-only place, but we welcome parents with children over 5 years of age because our home is not suitable for babies.

The young explorers are the ones who like to spend most of their time in the countryside, climbing in the countryside and climbing on trees, active youth with passion...
and those who like to learn new things. There are a whole host of fantastic places to explore, Bobr's expedition, bike trails, mysterious castles, colorful lakes and agate mines. more

We spent winter holidays in Dziki Róży with children (7, 13 and 15 years). This is a wonderful place with an unfeigned atmosphere, but natural from the hosts themselves. The interior is beautifully and functionally arranged reflecting the atmosphere of this region. Furniture, antique furniture, but useful, comfortable and "given" that there is no fear that a child will break something. The common space integrates, encourages conversations and games. I was surprised the most by shower: it looked like from the excavations after renovation, that is beautiful, but it raised the doubt whether it would be as functional as the latest wonders of the hydraulic technique. And it turned out that it works no less sensational and comfortable than not modern. The hosts took care even to the snow :) views of meadows, post-mountainous fields and mountains all in the snow during walks - indescribable.

Wonderful place. The decor impresses with attention to detail and sophisticated minimalism with antiques in the main role. Food so delicious and varied that it just can not be eaten. The owners are not only very friendly, they are still fascinated by the history of this place and are happy to share it with the guests. Add a sauna and a beautiful area to it, and you will get a perfect vacation. Very, I highly recommend and thank you for your hospitality.

We have just returned from a weekend stay in Dziki Róży and we are delighted! Starting from the climate of a house carefully renovated with respect for the history of this place, fantastic food and owners who care for guests in an impeccable way, treating their specialties and amazing stories about the area, the history of this beautiful house and village. A great place to rest and escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. We will definitely be back, this time maybe in the spring? :) Greetings to the hosts!

We have been there a long time, but very often remember the stay in a beautiful, cozy and warm (and it was winter!) Home with green stairs. Despite many searches on the slop and not only, we could not find anything that would match anything like Wild Rose. The special climate is complemented by food prepared by the owners, from smiling plants, merry hens, Janovice cows and bees. Just five with a plus!

Great place. Comfortable rooms, comfortable beds, everything you need. The interiors and the area beautifully arranged, stylish furniture, the climate of a comfortable summer resort. Delicious breakfast, insane porridge, spreads, pancakes, pancakes, salads (asparagus with carrots !!!). The area is designed so that everyone can find the best place for themselves. Hosts very nice, helpful in everything, share knowledge about the area, suggest what to see. A place to rest and come back!

Hard work when renovating your home translates into the atmosphere of your stay. The place is atmospheric and friendly for both looking for a base, as well as rest and silence, away from the city noise. The hosts are happy to share knowledge about nearby tourist attractions. They feed well!

The most delicious breakfasts and dinners in the world. Everything from natural, rural and local products. We lived in the oldest room in the house. Beautiful old furniture and floor. My favorite, however, was the hammock. Wonderful atmosphere in a climate of slow.

One of the best holidays I've ever spent anywhere - thanks to Mrs. Magda's warmth, delicious vegetarian breakfasts, frog-chasing frogs, purring cats and crowing roosters. Fantastic place, aesthetically refined to the smallest detail, and the owners are good, wise people. I highly recommend.

Cute place and delicious food, which you should reserve time to enjoy it (breakfast is an absolute championship, and for apples under the crumble I could give it to cut). Very nice hosts. A great base for walking around the area. A friendly place for dogs. Thank you for a nice weekend!

Our stay was fabulous and magical welcomed us by a beautiful illuminated building with wonderful wooden stairs and cute wreaths on the door and decorations on each window sill (despite the late evening I noticed the flight) in the doorstep found with a beaming smile Mrs. Magda who led us to the room. The view of a brick that is great everywhere is very nice with old wood. The common room is a huge wooden table and chairs (every other) that are our style. We received a room with a wonderful white cushion and fragrant duvet, only to sleep after a tiring journey. awake first smells and then the creak of the elevator where our delicacies were transported up ... and see the rest and experience the hard way I will say RECOMMENDED HOT !!!!!! PS in this house should beware of the fire of only one thing .... the couch upstairs in the main room .... how do you sit YOURSELF SHOOTING MEETS ... to Wieczora.Pozdrawiamy Sylwia i Sylwek
