Guests have at their disposal twelve individually designed and equipped rooms. There is quite a place - not only couples can rest comfortably here, but also families with children or a group of friends. Each room is equipped with a double or two single beds, LED TV, bathroom with shower, a set of towels. We have divided our rooms into four groups: CLASSIC TWO - rooms "Ryby", "Butterflies", "Raki" - double rooms with private bathroom, Wi-Fi access and TV. DOUBLE PLUS - rooms "Biedronki", "Sówki", "Żabki", "Dmuchawce", "Birds" - double rooms with private bathroom, Wi-Fi access, TV and a PLUS, which varies depending on the selected room . PLUS are, for example, air conditioning, a kitchenette, a minibar, a kettle, coffee, tea, a spacious terrace, and an independent entrance. APARTMENT - rooms "Bicycles", "Boats", "Latawce" - rooms in configuration 2 + 2 (2 adults, two children) with private bathroom, kitchenette, air conditioning, Wi-Fi access and TV. Additional advantages are large windows, an independent entrance and a terrace in front of the entrance to the room. APARTMENT PLUS - "Kormorany" room - two-room apartment in configuration 2 + 2 (2 adults, two children). Guests have at their disposal a living room with a fireplace, an equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a private bathroom, Wi-Fi access, a TV set. Additional advantages are large windows, a spacious terrace and a view of the lake. At SIRVIS Apartments, we together care for the peace and quiet of other guests. In rooms located in buildings A and B, we have introduced the so-called "zone of silence". It means that we remember and respect the rest of our neighbors. Additionally, we apply the 5-10-15 rule - on the ground floor we accommodate families with children over 5 years old, on the first floor over 10 years old, and in "Dmuchawce" and "Ptaszki" over 15 years old. Families with children under 5 years of age are accommodated in family apartments, "Latawce", "Boats" and "Bicycles" rooms located in building C. SIRVIS Premium - the whole house for exclusive use There is room for a group of 14-16 people (7 rooms). On the ground floor there is a two-room apartment with a kitchenette and two double rooms. On the first floor, we have four double rooms, including two with equipped kitchenettes. In the elevated ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a dining room and a bar, a large kitchen and a playroom for children. All rooms are equipped with bathrooms, LED TV sets. Guests have free access to the Wi-Fi network. There are two fireplaces in the building, a foosball table, a dart board.

The atmosphere of this place is also influenced by the regional cuisine. We care about the culinary experience of our guests, and what is important, we give them a chance to try local specialties. Our meals are suggestions of dishes prepared by the best housewives of the Suwałki Region. Of course, everything is based on natural and fresh ingredients. Simply put, it should be healthy and delicious, just like at home. We serve breakfasts and dinners. Our meals are additionally payable - we offer breakfast for PLN 30 / person, and dinner for PLN 60 / person. Children up to 7 years of age consume half the price of meals. In addition, pizza lovers are invited to "Sirvisowa Napoletana", prepared on the basis of the recommendations of Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana. We bake our pizza at a temperature of about 500 degrees for max. 90 seconds, on the Biscotto di Casapulla stone specially imported from Campania. The cake is always handmade, it is thin, with a slightly raised and "inflated" edge. Our pizza consists only of noble ingredients - Caputo Nuvola flour, San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella fior di latte, di bufala, burrata, olive oil.

Guests will find everything they need: - clear lake waters, - private beach with a pier, - silence zone, - floating equipment, - a fitness room, - "Russian banya" (sauna) at the lake, - Children's Playground. There is also a prepared place for a bonfire, two gazebos and barbecue facilities. There is a large dining room and a shared lounge at the property. We have an HD home theater projector, Hi-Fi equipment, TV with satellite channels. The guesthouse is also a great base for cross-country skiing, cycling, Nordic walking, walking, mushroom picking, cross-country skis, and even ... a ski slope.
