PLEASE NOTE: for ready-made offers without waiting for our reply for June-August, wander to the price list itself. But please read the profile on Slowhop carefully - all the information you need is there. "You who go to trendy bathing places for the sake of a good vibe, don't know the charm of the Baltic beach in Dziwnów. Come here, go out on the beautiful sandy beach, let yourself be enveloped by the fresh sea air, and I assure you that this narrow strip of land has more beauty to show than all the fashionable bathing places." This is how Ernest Litfass, publisher of the German newspaper "Berliner Tagesttelegraph", wrote about Dziwnów in 1853. Something must have been going on because a few years later, in August 1899, a whale landed on the beach in Dziwnów, much to the surprise of residents and holidaymakers. There is evidence of this, and today it can be admired in the Stralsund Oceanarium. It has been a long time, but there is something about Dziwnów because we were brought here from Silesia. There were dreams about a house by the sea and among pines. Then an idea to give up everything and go to the Baltic Sea instead of Bieszczady. We built our house here, and next to it, we built another barn - for guests.

Here Slowhop will describe your place

Host:
Agnieszka
Hi, it's me, Agnieszka. All my life, I've dreamt of living by the sea, but I could never find the one place I could say: we've got it. The priority was pine trees, which for some unknown reason, I always associated with the sea. The dream became a reality when together with my husband Norbert, I ended up in Dziwnów. We gave up Lower Silesia and a life of busy people, and together with two children and our pets: Nela, a Yorkie, and Manek, a Russian blue cat, we ended up at the Baltic Sea. Back then, I didn't know that dreams can hurt and changes are not always easy. There were many tears, splinters and doubts, but there was no turning back. Then came spring and pandemic, and that's when it hit me about what I have and how lucky I am to be where I am. My husband and I worked without a day's rest to make the two barns a home for our guests and us. With the help of our 4 hands and hard work, we achieved a miracle in less than a year. Today we feel proud and want to share our happiness with you. Come and visit us.

In a modern, wooden barn, surrounded by a pine forest, overlooking the trees swayed by the sea breeze. Two barns are located next door, the smaller of them is occupied by us - the hosts. We put our whole heart and a lot of work of our 4 hands into their construction, which until recently knew next to nothing about the building. There were splinters, bricklaying, digging and training in carpentry. And somehow, by force of will and dreams, in a small seaside town of Dziwnów, we set our dream - an oasis of peace to which you want to come back. Here, pines grow with palm trees and flamingos walk with deer. We like pastels and tropics and smuggled some of them to us. From the summer season 2022 we will have a SPA zone that we are building for you. In bad weather you can relax in the 5-person JACUZZI. and Finnish SAUNA. From March 2022, two alpacas Leo and Rio will live with us, who will be able to cuddle, feed and go for a walk along the seashore. Now, here's what we have for you: GROUND FLOOR: four rooms with bathrooms and terraces, separated by hand-made benches, giving you more relaxing space and distance from your neighbors. Room for 2/3 people - double bed, single sofa (14m2) 2/3/4 person room - a double bed, a fold-out sofa with a sleeping function, size 140x200 m 3/4 person room - double bed, bed 90x200 m, fold-out sofa bed 100x200 m (24m2) 2/3/4 person room - double bed, bunk bed (16m2) FIRST FLOOR: four rooms in the attic with roof windows and bathrooms Double room - double bed (16m2) Room 2/3/4/5 people with a bedside mezzanine for children from 10 years old, double bed, sofa bed (24m2) Room 2/3/4/5 people with a bedside mezzanine for children from 10 years old, double bed, sofa bed (24m2) 2/3 person room - double bed, single bed (16m2) All rooms have their own bathrooms, the bathrooms have a toilet, a shower cabin and a washbasin, and a hair dryer. Two tinny houses "PÓŁSTODOŁY" 30m2 plus a night mezzanine. They are located at the back of the garden and were created to meet the needs of people looking for culinary independence in the form of kitchenettes. They consist of a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom niche and a mezzanine for children. They have large glazing, a terrace and a view of the garden, forest and alpacas. One external house has a large window in the bedroom niche and mezzanine. Accommodation in the cottage does not include breakfast, but we guarantee fresh bread delivered to the door every morning. We can provide you with breakfast served on a tray for an additional fee. Siedlisko has its own monitored and closed parking lot, a garden with hammocks, a playground and many relaxation zones, a chillout zone (jacuzzi and sauna) and an alpacarium where Leo and Rio live.

What will I eat?

In Stodola we serve typical home-made breakfasts in the form of a Swedish buffet. Everything is served on pastel tableware, matching the interior design of the barn. Immediately after waking up, the meal will be waiting for you in the common space, the dining-living room. There, also, regardless of the time of day, you will find espresso coffee, tea, refreshing drinks on cold days and warming ones, such as tea with ginger, honey and cloves, when you need warmth. It is known that there is no coffee without a snack, so expect a little snack-style appetizer for caffeine. The husband is a master in smoking cured meats. You will not forget the taste of ham and sausage from his smokehouse. We will prepare everything based on products from local suppliers, but give us some more time. We are preparing the floor of the barn for you, we do everything ourselves, so you have to wait a while for the pleasures associated with tasting cold meats. We hope to be back by the end of the year. We have been residing in Dziwnów since July last year. We put all our energy into creating a home for us and a place of relaxation for you. We don't have time to scratch ourselves, let alone visit local eateries. However, we can recommend one with a clear conscience - drop by the "Zero 7" restaurant in Pobierowo for fried fish.

You can try to spend your vacation without tipping over in a hammock, turn a blind eye on a deckchair and enjoy the best possible activity, i.e. doing nothing. However, if you do not like boredom, we will suggest what to do in the area. Dziwnów is a perfect place for herring, soaker and those who cannot imagine a holiday without access to water. And here, not only is there plenty of waters, but also salty and freshwater have a lot to do. In the vicinity of our habitat (600m) you will find a very charming Dead Lake. It used to be the mouth of the Dziwna River, but after its natural shallow water, the channel was filled up. Today, the lake is separated from the sea sands by forest, along its western shore there is a bicycle route connecting Dziwnów with Międzywodzie, while on the eastern shore you will find a charming beach with a grassy shore, and if you are lucky you will even run into a peregrine falcon or a white-tailed eagle. In the 1980s, there was a military swimming pool here. Today, the lake is under strict protection and has an ecological use. A bit further, quite salty. You have 800 meters from us to the official descent to the beach in Dziwnów, and if you count it in a straight line, after 300 meters from the pellet you already put in frying. It's not a wild beach without tourists, but it's beautiful anyway. Come on over. All avid anglers will have a paradise with us. You can soak the stick by the Dziwna River, Kamień Lagoon, and even go fishing by the sea. The waters of the Lagoon and the Dziwna River are inhabited by perches, roaches, bream, pikes, eels and even wild carps. A bit further, west of Dziwnów, we recommend visiting the Wolin National Park (about 50 km from our Barn). And now some numbers: - Right next to the coastal bicycle route r -10. Approx. 150m from the bicycle path connecting Dziwnów with Międzywodzie and Dziwnów with Dziwnówek. Bikes in the big and small version - you can rent them on site without any additional payments. So far we have two ladies and two men's bikes, we are still waiting for those for kids. They will be in a cool pastel color and will be available any moment. If you are thinking about bike rides with a child, ask before arrival if they are already there. - 1.3 km to the center of Dziwnów with waffles, curlers and everything that you can or do not need - to the center of Międzywodzie 2.5 km - to Świnoujście 34 km - 6.5 km to the Windsurfing School and equipment rental in Dziwnówek. The waters of Zatoka Wrzosowska and Zalew Kamieński are often visited by windsurfers and kitesurfers.

What’s there for children?

In addition to a pile of sand to throw, liters of water to pour over and castles to put for the kids: two sandy playgrounds in the garden, a net, football goals, hammocks, swings, garden skill games and badminton equipment. For bad weather there's (less cool) wifi and a netflix TV, or (more fun) board games, puzzles and books. We're planning an open-air summer cinema, will you come over? If you are planning to come with a toddler, please note that we do not have cots or extra beds.

Możemy gorąco polecić to miejsce! Karina i Timo z Berlina

Pozdrawiamy serdecznie!

Spędziliśmy uroczy długi weekend wśród sosnowych drzew, w okna zaglądały do nas alpaki, sielsko, stylowo, cudnie... Pozdrawiamy serdecznie przemiłych Gospodarzy i p. Natalię. Do zobaczenia następnym razem :)
