Our Górskie Siedlisko consists of 3 houses in total: 1# Chata Przegibek - 70 m² - (for 5 people) - with jacuzzi 2# Chata Racza - 70 m² - (for 5 people) - with jacuzzi # Chata Przystanek Rycerka - 130 m2 - (for 6 people) - with jacuzzi and sauna  We are at an altitude of 650 m above sea level on the bank of the river, in the picturesque, tiny mountain village of Rycerka Górna, known for its mountain trails around the Wielka Racza mountain range.   Our cottages are in the last line of development at the end of a private road, without car traffic and bystanders. The cottages are spacious, cozy, in a friendly classic mountain style, finished with high-quality natural materials and fully equipped. The cottages have fireplaces or stoves and electric heating. The standard of equipment and interior design is not inferior to high-class hotels.    [CHATA PRZEGIBEK] - with 2 bedrooms (2 large beds - 140 and 160 cm, 1 small bed 90 cm, on the ground floor a corner sofa with sleeping function), 1 bathroom, 1 toilet by the bedroom, with a beautiful view of the mountain forest and meadow,  there is heating with efficient electric heaters and a wood stove type goat. On the large sunny terrace there is a LAZYSPA jacuzzi (available seasonally, for an additional fee) and a comfortable lounge set with a dining table, corner sofa and pouffes, covered with an awning from the sun and rain, with a view of the mountains, meadows. Next to the house there is a large green area for playing football / badminton, a place for a bonfire and a barbecue. The cottage has been standing in the same place for sure since 1875, or maybe even longer...? In any case, it is a monument entered in the municipal register. Over the years, we have comprehensively rebuilt and renovated it, combining traditional architecture, natural materials, stylish furniture, works of art and modern equipment and amenities. The cottage is beautifully located on a mountain stream, with no other houses within a radius of 30 meters. The cottage has 80 mbps fiber-optic Internet, you can work remotely here comfortably. Inside you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious stylish living room with a fireplace, a separate large living room with a fireplace and kitchenette, beautiful furniture and paintings and interiors with large windows overlooking the mountains, a spacious veranda, a terrace and above all, the unique atmosphere of a mountain villa with almost 200 years of history. In the cottage, we heat mainly with 2 fireplaces, we also have additionally, electric heaters in each room and bathrooms. In the cottage there is also a large sauna connected to the bathroom and with direct access to the terrace (you can jump out of it straight into the snow or cool off in the mountain stream that is right next to the Cottage). Under the wooden shelter right at the entrance to the house we have a Bestway jacuzzi for 4 people. For your convenience during longer stays, in the very well-equipped kitchen there is a medium-sized refrigerator, a large dishwasher, and in the bathroom - a washing machine. Inside the cottage you will also find for entertainment: a PlayStation 3 game console, a collection of books, a large TV with access to streaming services, SAT nc+ television, a collection of CDs and DVD movies, board games, Lego blocks. In the garden there is a flat green area for playing football/badminton, a barbecue and a place for a bonfire.

Next to us, 150 meters, there is a small children's camp "Galimatiasowy Krepol", in the summer it is possible to order simple breakfasts and lunches there. You can also use the outdoor pool (PLN 10), so it is worth taking a swimsuit. On the day of arrival, we can organize/bake/cook for you: - a board of regional cheeses (mix: korbacze, gołki, oscypek, cheese on rennet with black cumin) - a board of home-made cold cuts (kabanosy, home-made ham, pate, sausages, smoked bacon) - homemade pierogi (with meat, Russian, with fruit) - yeast cake with fruit and crumble - apple pie. The kitchenette in each house is well equipped and prepared for everyday cooking. In the kitchenette in each house there is a fridge, a large dishwasher, an oven, a toast maker, a kettle, a blender, a drip coffee maker. In the area you will find many places with delicious food. I will send you a list of places we recommend by email in the form of a guide. You can also easily do your grocery shopping. In the area you will also find an excellent fruit and vegetable store and a producer of organic cheeses.

[MOUNTAIN TRIPS] Our great attraction are beautiful, long and untrodden mountain trails in the Żywiecki Landscape Park. Our mountains remain wild, but they are friendly and gentle in terms of difficulty and elevation, which is why they are great for trekking for families with younger children. The closest to conquering, on foot or by bike, are the peaks of the Wielka Raca mountain range (1226m). It is not far from here to the rocky peak of the Mala Fatra, to the scenic mountain Rysianka, to the peak of Pilsko, Barania Góra, Skrzyczne, Babia Góra. To go to the nearest peaks you don't have to get in the car, the trails are above our houses. If you want to lazily walk or ride a bike, there are also very pleasant and level forest roads in the area with no cars allowed, stretching far into the wild mountain valleys of the Żywiecki Landscape Park. There is also an even green area next to each house to play badminton or football. There is also a mountain bike and electric bike rental in the area. [HORSE RIDING] There is a small LUZAK stud in the area, where you can easily arrange a wonderful horseback ride in the mountains with a guide, just call. [TO THE WATER] At Lake Żywieckie you can rent a sailboat, kayak, SUP board or water bike. In the area (10 km) there are also open swimming pools and the largest rope park in the region: Geopark Glinka. We also recommend a trip and renting a sailing boat on the great Orava Lake in Slovakia (40 minutes from us). [WHERE TO SKI?] 1. The nearest ski lift where your child can ride with an instructor is 8 km from the house. 2. A little further there is a lift with a couch and several routes: ZwardońSKI (20 minutes by car) 3. Access by car to the best ski resort in Poland: Szczyrk Mountain Resort in Szczyrk takes about 50 minutes. 4. We also highly recommend skiing in Slovakia, where within 30-40 minutes from us you can reach large, well-prepared ski resorts: SnowParadise VelkaRaca and OravaSnow. 5. For Skitour skiing you will find plenty of beautiful trails here. We also recommend training with an instructor and renting equipment, great adventure for everyone. We will provide contact. 6. For cross-country skiing on prepared routes, the closest is to Istebna (20 min), it is one of the best spots in Poland for cross-country skiing. [REGION TOURS] In case of rainy weather, you can visit the attractions of Bielsko-Biała, Żywiec, Wisła, Szczyrk, Cieszyn and Pszczyna. Interestingly, in Cieszyn there is the oldest preserved building in Poland, a beautiful market square and great beer from the Castle Brewery; in Żywiec there is an excellent museum of the Żywiec brewery and great pastry shops on the market square; in Pszczyna there is one of the most beautiful palaces in Poland - the palace of Princess Daisy.
