In terms of geographical location, we are near Koszalin, Baltic beaches, near the forest, between a pond and a lake, and surrounded by three nature reserves. We have Święta Górka nearby, a Franciscan hermitage, a mountain stream and a rich history of the Gryfit princes.
Due to the history of the Gryfits, anything ordinary wouldn't do, so we built seven quite comfortable villas with a nice interior for modern princes. We have put saunas and hot tubs into the villas. Villa Prestige Marble, Prestige Black and de Lux Gold have these luxuries, the house de Lux Marble just has a hot tub, and Villa Wood has a jacuzzi for 2-4 people with hydromassage. This is how you should live and rest!
Living in a remote location without civilization means there's no cell service. Instead, we have well-being, pleasant evenings by the fireplace, comfortable beds, a view of the forest, in the summer there is a swimming pool, and in autumn there is mushroom picking. You can buy seasonal and local products. Dinners can be ordered from a nearby catering service. There's a lake at your fingertips. Here, children will never be bored and we are a dog-friendly place.

In a green reserve of peace and quiet and no mobile coverage (some networks). For those who want to stay in touch with the outside world, there is wifi available. For water sports enthusiasts there is a swimming pool, and for anglers there is a pond and Wielin Lake four steps away. Blissful laziness will be facilitated not only by the soothing surroundings of nature, but also by eight luxurious cottages, created for those who value comfort and aesthetics at the same time. We have finished them with the highest quality materials, because after all, on vacation it is supposed to be a little better than at home.
There are eight Villas at your disposal. The Villas are heated by a fireplace, for which an alternative is electric heating or air conditioning.
In each of them you will find:
- a living room with a fireplace and a supply of wood, a large corner sofa, a coffee table, a dining table, a TV,
- a mezzanine with a comfortable double bed 180x200 cm, 2x single beds 90×200 with the possibility of combining and high-quality bedding,
- Each cottage has individual air conditioning - it cools nicely in the summer, warms nicely in the winter, so that you are always comfortable!
- in the PRESTIGE Villas you also have a separate bedroom at your disposal, located on the ground floor,
- a fully equipped kitchenette: ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, cutlery, tableware, pots, glassware,
- a modern bathroom with a large mirror, a "walk-in" shower, a hair dryer, towels,
- a hall with a spacious wardrobe,
- a terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture.
The Prestige Villas are a treat for hedonists and lovers of comfort at the highest level. It is designed for 6 or 8 people and occupies two levels with a total area of 78 m2. Additionally, Prestige Black, Prestige Marble and De Lux Gold have a sauna and a tub for exclusive use. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchenette, an extendable table that can accommodate up to 8 people, a bedroom, a large wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower and an exit to a large wooden terrace overlooking the pond and forest. On the mezzanine there is a bedroom area, where two comfortable, wide beds await.
Villa De Lux have the same layout, but differ slightly in design. They are designed for 6 adults + 2 children and have two levels with a total area of 65 m2. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchenette, an extendable table for 8 people, a large wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower and an exit to the terrace overlooking the pond and forest. On the mezzanine there is a bedroom area, where a comfortable, wide bed and two single beds await, which can be easily connected. Additionally, De Lux Gold has a sauna and tub for exclusive use. De Lux Marble and De Lux WOOD, De Lux White, De Lux Black has only a tub, and in Villa Wood Jacuzzi there is a large 2-4 person tub with hydromassage in the bathroom.
Each villa has a parking space, free WiFi Internet. On request, cots, highchairs and bathtubs.
If you feel like it, you can cook just the way you like it. Each house has a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, cutlery, tableware, pots and glassware. In the evening, a barbecue on the terrace or a bonfire under the firmament of stars is a must.
In our area, there are excellent producers of: dairy products, cold cuts and honey.
We will also help you with dinner. Dinners are ordered from the proven Home Kitchen, and you will have a choice of several dishes from the menu.
You can get bored, sit for hours on the pier, relax in the pool, sunbathe on the terrace, warm up by the fireplace, read books, sunbathe by the lake and enjoy sweet moments of laziness. The reserve is also a place of endless discoveries for those who like to spend their leisure time actively. A bike ride to the Holy Mountain of Polanowska, a kayaking trip down the Grabowa River, a walk to the historic Church of Christ the King, a visit to the castle in Krąg are a wonderful escape from blissful laziness.
The villas are surrounded by forest, lakes and ponds, it is a lot of hectares of nature that will satisfy the tastes of lovers of running, cross-country skiing, Nordic Walking, cycling. The trails, both wild and marked, will indicate the right direction for everyone.
The lack of industry makes the environment clean, attractive for nature lovers. The Grabowa River and 34 lakes provide great conditions for practicing water sports. From the road bridge on the Wieleń - Polanów route to Buszyn, a kayaking route has been prepared as part of the Polanów Forest Tourist Complex. However, this does not change the fact that the river is still demanding and paddling the 7 km section takes from 4 to 6 hours, so a treat for people who want to fight with nature, i.e. with the strong current of the river, fallen trees lying in the riverbed.
On the other hand, the multitude of tourist trails will satisfy the tastes of hiking enthusiasts:

"Reserve" is an enclave for lovers of fishing, mushroom picking and hunting (Polanów Hunting Association "Dzik" PZW No. 057), as the surrounding areas are a concentration of many species of plants, mushrooms and game.
For those who are keen on modern solutions, we recommend a trip to the unique pumped-storage power plant on a national scale, using the 80-meter difference in levels between Lake Kamienny and Kwiecko. The lakes are connected by three steel, five-meter diameter pipelines. In one second, 240 cubic meters of water are directed to the turbine blades, thanks to which the power plant can achieve a power of 156 MW.
In addition, the region offers many valuable monuments and museum objects: Red Bridge - a 120-meter-long steel bridge over the Grabowa River, on the Polanów - Korzybie railway line dismantled by the Russians in 1945. Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary – the oldest building in Polanów, built in the 18th century, with a preserved late Gothic tower. And many others, which we will tell you about on site :)
What’s there for children?
Children - these are only good for us. For demanding entertainment our guests have a playground with an observation tower and a house, a sandbox and a climbing wall. There are slides, a trampoline, a football field and a volleyball court. In summer, we unfold a large swimming pool with sun loungers. A disarming smile can melt our hearts, and then we offer ice cream, sticks and other delicacies. Maybe that's why our guest book is filled with beautiful children's drawings full of satisfaction.
