At a glance
Gościniec was opened in August 2011. We wanted our guests to feel light, leaving the everyday world far behind. That is why we give them as gifts a forest, a river and spacious, Scandinavian interiors that allow them to breathe nature also in the four walls. Our proposal is to abandon the real world in favor of 4 really comfortable apartments (for 2-4 people) and 4 double rooms, very good cuisine, entertainment of all kinds (from running to doing nothing) and exploring the surrounding areas. There is a horse stable and a bicycle rental nearby. The rushes offer peace, beautiful views and an intimate atmosphere.
We are located in Masuria, in the town of Krutyń. This one is mainly known for the river with the same (almost) name and a beautiful forest. It is 485 m to the river and the forest is at your fingertips.

Kasia: a political scientist by training, a globetrotter by passion, mother to Kuba and Antoś, the main architect of what you see in Szuwary.
Maciek: an archaeologist by training, a gardener by passion, father to Kuba and Antoś, the main executor of what you see in Szuwary.
Jakub and Antoni: our sons, sometimes they help us run Szuwary, and sometimes they sleep until noon :-))
Milky, Lucky, and Bella are our three canine assistants, and each of them has their own devoted fan club.
Life in Szuwary follows the rhythm of nature. In autumn, we slow down, in winter we doze off, and in spring we awaken to work at full speed in the summer and enjoy the charms of country life. Autumn and winter are also the times for our travels, because then we don't have to be here all the time, while spring and summer are a time of intense gardening. We probably devote as much time to him as to our guests :-)
