Masuria, birds singing, ubiquitous greenery and a lake unlike any other. Just beyond the picturesque Masurian village, there’s nothing but fields, meadows buzzing with insects and gravel walking paths. In such eye-catching natural circumstances, there is a house built in 2019.
Czarna Sosna is a year-round, new and wood-smelling 2-in-1 house, with a view of a pine forest and a short distance to the lake shoreline. Air conditioning provides comfort in the summer and heat from the fireplace in the winter creates a magical setting. The house is happy to welcome those who value contact with nature, actively or passively, but always respect what is different and natural to feel full happiness at least for a moment, just like us.
We provide our guests with direct access to the private dock and the shoreline of Lake Zdrężno - unique because of the green forest border on the other side. We have the deluxe version of Masuria because of the lack of buildings and soothing silence of the river which creates a total zone of silence in the reservoir.
On a large property, at a comfortable distance for all (about 50m), there are two houses available, each with its own exclusive garden. The shared area is a pine forest, a path to the lake and a large bridge, which is only for our guests = max. 3 families. On the way to the lake, we pass a house where friendly people live.
From October to April and July we invite you with children, in other months - only adults.
Czarna Sosna is a niche place for aesthetes. We are distinguished by intimacy and the varied terrain provides a multitude of visual experiences. We care about aesthetics and good design. Our priority is the intimate rest of our guests. According to this principle, we do not initiate contacts, but we try to be ready to help and advise. We are neighbors, although we are not always on site and we cannot promise hotel/24h service. We put a lot of work and effort to make the stay of our guests comfortable and at the same time self-sufficient and self-service. This is a place for active, nature lovers and those seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city into a green zen zone.
Pine and Świerk are two independent houses, each with an exclusive garden, its own shed and a pine forest within 5 steps. Don't worry: the arrangement of the houses and the distance between them ensure intimate rest for all guests. An additional distance between the houses is provided by a volleyball/badminton field. A little further, because in the second part of the property, we provide access to the shoreline of the lake, but still without having to go outside our property. The common part of our guests is a forest path and the one leading to the lake and a large, private pier with floating equipment available 24/7 for max. 3 families.
Sosna and Świerk are twin sisters, each for max. 4 people. They definitely have more in common than divides them, but subtle differences can be noticed. In every house:
Ground floor: living room with kitchenette and bathroom (shower), sofa.
Floor: 2 rooms: in the larger bed 160x200, in the second 2 single beds each 90x200 (we connect the beds on request)
Several amenities: wine cooler (you can fit a large supply ;), air conditioning, safe, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, TV, books, board and outdoor games.
The whole of our large property is fenced. Inside, we have an open plan - no fences or gates. Unguarded parking on the premises. Video surveillance
We accept pets - the cost of the pet's stay in the price list.
You cook whatever you want, we have arranged the perfect conditions for cooking. The kitchen in each cottage is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher + capsules, pots, cutlery, plates and glass. There is no oven. Barbecue at the cottage.
The surrounding forests provide mushrooms and the lake, with a bit of luck, fish.
Large grocery stores closest to Ełk (Biedronka after the first roundabout, right at the entrance) - distance 10 km.
You will probably ask where to eat in the area. We will then answer:
- The closest in Ełk on a beautiful promenade: restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlors.
- delicious fish - Chata Rybaka in Sędki
- In the vicinity of Stare Juchy, drive to Gościniec na Wzgórze (it is worth calling in advance).
The nearest grocery store in Oracze (can be reached by bike) - distance 6.5 km.
We immodestly believe that we have almost everything on site: a lake + floating equipment, wonderful landscapes with dirt and gravel paths + bicycles, a private pine forest with aromatherapy on a hammock, numerous seasonal events and tourist attractions within a radius of 10 -70 km. And if that's ALMOST all of this isn't enough for a successful reset, you can do the rest yourself.
In autumn and winter, we provide wood for the fireplace, sleds and a session in the sauna with the option of jumping into the water in the ice hole (snow sauna - available from October to the end of April) It is worth taking cross-country skis because in winter our views are also fabulous! For those looking for white madness for young and old - a ski slope at a distance of 60 km.
Ekran3D on the grove in Czarna Sos and a wide horizon on the fields in Świerk we ensure at any time of the year it works reliably, creates the magic and uniqueness of this place.
In the area:
- numerous canoeing trips - the nearest Drift starts from the nearby village - Straduny,
- Janisze horse farm at a distance of only 5 km (a ride must be ordered well in advance),
- the nearest city is Ełk (distance 10 km) with a promenade along the lake line, a bicycle path, a rope park for children 4+, the Ełk Cultural Center offers various cultural and sports events in the season (available at www.eck.elk.pl),
- we also recommend a picturesque narrow-gauge railway trip (starting from Ełk from May to mid-September) and a visit to the Narrow-Gauge Railway Museum in Ełk.
What’s there for children?
Nothing special, because only clean air, a whole forest of wild strawberries in June and an amazing smell, butterflies, dragonflies and ladybugs and classics of the genre: ball, badminton, books and a pine grove for hide and seek, and an inflatable pool for children (on request), but NOTE we do not have a beach - we have access to the water only from the pier at the depth. Numerous and bustling beaches in the area - you can choose from.
On request, the rental price includes: bicycle seat + helmet, waterbike life jackets, travel cot, high chair and baby bath. We do not provide bedding for a travel cot.
May, June, August and September are ASYLUM only for ADULTS.
