You will know us after the Three Seas, although there are no waves in the area. There are undulating landscapes, instead of a breeze there are strong gusts of wind, and in the place of salty air, it is fragrant with a forest. It is here, in the Kłodzko Valley, that we conduct a peaceful mission to make people happy with silence, the view of unkempt meadows and a truly maritime atmosphere. Pssst, take comfortable shoes for mountain trips instead of flip flops.
The name and the maritime style of our agritourism refer to the Tri-Sea Wierch - a unique mountain at the foot of which our house is located. This saltwater nomenclature is not accidental. From the Tri-Sea Wierch (1145 m above sea level), the water flows in streams to three seas: the Baltic Sea, the Black Sea and the North Sea. It is the only place in Poland and one of six in Europe where the catchments of three seas meet at one point.
The house is located in a beautiful valley surrounded by mountains in the Śnieżnik Landscape Park and Nature 2000. From our observations, we conclude that the guests most appreciate the peace in which they bask. There are no other inhabited buildings around. In autumn, deer make themselves felt in the rut, in summer you can meet a fox and insects, and in winter you can only hear the fire sparkling in the fireplace and the snow creaking under your boots. Nights are completely dark, the windows of the apartments show only one light from the house of the neighbours who live two kilometres away.
In the rooms, you can feel like you are in a beach house, but behind the windows, you can see beautiful mountains. Such abracadabra.
We have four apartments for you, each with a fully equipped kitchen and its own bathroom, decorated in a maritime atmosphere, but with a beautiful view of the mountains.
Apartments:
North Sea Apartment - Located on the ground floor with direct and independent access to the garden, directly to the covered terrace. This is our largest apartment with an area of approximately 35 m2 and an "L" shape. There is a double bed 160 cm and a fold-out sofa, which when unfolded measures 160x200 cm.
The apartment has its own bathroom, kitchen (fully equipped - coffee machine, kettle, oven, stove, toaster, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee, tea), plenty of space, an armchair, a table with chairs. The colors are soothing whites and beiges broken here and there by the blue sky.
Black Sea Apartment 30m2. Located on the ground floor with direct and independent access to the garden. The windows look directly onto ecological meadows and mountains.
Open "studio" type space. There is a double bed (non-extensible, 160x200) and a fold-out sofa (140x200). There is a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, cutlery, pots, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, oven, stove), bathroom with bathtub, armchair, table with chairs, and a spacious wardrobe. The style of the interior refers to old fishing villages, black and white colors with the addition of red brick, and black oars create a unique atmosphere.
Bałtyk Apartment - 23 m2, located on the first floor with a beautiful view of the meadows and mountains. Double room (double bed 160 cm, non-extensible), bathroom with shower, kitchen (fully equipped - coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, coffee, tea). The colors are soothing blues, whites and grays.
Sea Wolf Apartment
Located on the 1st floor and a mezzanine in the attic, large, 50 m2. Extremely bright, it has three floor-length windows with an amazing view of the forest on the mountainside and meadows. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen.
Downstairs in the living room there are two single, very comfortable beds, and on the mezzanine there is a double bed, non-extensible, 160 cm wide.
The apartment has a very bright bathroom with a window and a shower.
Bright apartment, decorated in sea foam colors with old gold accessories. We have combined over 100-year-old renovated furniture with modern solutions.
All apartments are equipped with wonderfully fluffy down duvets and pillows, cotton bedding, washed and mangled in a professional laundry at high temperatures (if you cannot tolerate down, please let us know before arrival, we will prepare anti-allergic bedding).
In the bathroom you will find cosmetics, towels and a hairdryer.
In the kitchen, we prepared cloths, sponges, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, kitchen cleaner and garbage bags. Each kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, capsule coffee machine (capsules are waiting for you here), toaster, kettle, stove and oven (oven except in the Bałtyk apartment).
Breakfasts are brought to you in crates in your apartments, so you can devour them even in your pajamas, a towel on your head or checkered shorts. No one looks in on you and no one checks what time you got up. This is your time. And time in Jodłów passes slowly. Let yourself be woken up by the smell of homemade bread and morning rolls. Feel the taste of local goat cheese in herbs, mature cow cheese, homemade vegetable pastes. And let yourself be spoiled with dessert, which we serve with every breakfast.
Breakfast for an adult is PLN 65, children under 6 do not pay, children under 15 pay PLN 30.
If you want to use breakfasts, please contact us in advance to ask whether they will be possible on a given date. We prepare breakfasts personally and when we are absent - it is not possible to order breakfast.
If you feel like feeding yourself, you don't have to order breakfast. You have a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal, with an espresso machine, dishwasher and in some apartments also with an oven. But if you feel like it, you can order homemade bread from us made of organic flour, rising on sourdough. In addition, in the pantry you will find organic cheeses, jams, local organic syrups, honey and local gingerbread. On the terrace there is a gas grill at your disposal.
We will also recommend good restaurants.
In winter, we recommend cross-country trails in the Czech Republic. For downhill skiers, we especially recommend the modern Dolni Morava resort in the Czech Republic (25 minutes away from us) - 8 ski slopes with a length of 10 km. At a similar distance there is Bukova Hora in the Czech Republic, 8 km of slopes, and the smaller but nice Cenkovice resort. You can reach the Polish ski station Czarna Góra in 40 minutes, and there is a kindergarten for children here during the ski holidays.
In summer, if you just want to lie in the meadow, listen to the birds and breathe clean air, just go outside the house. No other inhabited property is visible from here. The Three Seas are surrounded by meadows, you can hear birds singing and smell flowers or hay. The house is located in a completely unique place, in a valley with a wonderful view of vast meadows and mountains, including Trójmorski Wierch. It is a refuge located far from the countryside. You can laze around in the garden, light a fire, or lie in a hammock. There is a wonderful, expansive view from the garden.
Jodłów is a bicycle paradise! This is where the largest network of singletack Glacensis bicycle routes in Poland begins, offering over 200 km of one-way paths for two-wheelers. The routes have various degrees of difficulty, so both advanced cyclists needing a dose of adrenaline and families with children will find the perfect routes.
There are fantastic downhill routes, two bike parks and routes on the Czech side waiting for you in the area.
You can store your bikes in our locked bike room and wash them in a designated place. You can rent two mountain bikes free of charge from us.
For mountain hikers, we recommend the route to the highest peak in the Kłodzko Valley area - Śnieżnik. There is a new observation tower at the top. The trail to Śnieżnik leads from Jodłów. You don't have to look far for the trail to Trójmorski Wierch - it runs right in front of our house.
If you want to admire beautiful views from a really high place - a 25-minute drive from us (or 5 km in a straight line - you can go on foot), there is the world's longest pedestrian suspension bridge - Sky Bridge 721 in Dolni Morava in the Czech Republic. Here you can also climb the amazing Sky Walk observation tower or go tobogganing down the longest toboggan run in the Czech Republic (the toboggan rides on tracks, the route is 3 km long.)!
In summer, it is worth visiting the Czech reservoir Pastviny (25 minutes by car). This is a charming lake located in a mountain valley. You can rent kayaks, boats and swim here.
In case of bad weather, a library, good coffee, cozy interiors and a cat to pet are waiting for you. And above all, very comfortable beds with down bedding, in which you can lounge as much as you want.
What’s there for children?
We like children!
In winter there is snow, snow and more snow! There is a place to build an igloo and go sledding. And you are only 25 minutes away from the ski lifts. In the Czech resort Dolni Morava there is a ski park for children and a free ski lift for the youngest.
A smaller toboggan hill is located in the garden, a slightly larger one is a 2-minute walk away. We have a whole arsenal of sleds of various types.
In the garden there is a wooden house for children with a stove and pots, toys, a sandbox and a shallow pool for wading barefoot and fishing with a net of leaves. In summer, you can swim in the pool on inflatable mattresses or a pontoon - they are available on site. There is a chalkboard, a simple climbing route, hammocks, slides and swings, a football pitch and a badminton pitch. There is also a route marked with arrows to a nearby forest with hammocks and to a picnic area by the river. Our sons Emil (8) and Eryk (6) and our friendly kitty Rysia are waiting for us here. The garden is partially fenced.
There are plenty of attractions in the area, rope parks, a complex of attractions in Dolni Morava (summer toboggan run, sand park, water playground, rope park, observation tower with a slide). In Jodłów itself, there are bicycle routes that older children can successfully use.
Around the house there are vast meadows, streams and forests. It's only up to your imagination whether you will build pine cone towns, dams on a stream or play hide and seek. And there is where!
We are equipped with travel cots and chairs for small children, as well as toys.
