The name and the maritime style of our agritourism refer to the Tri-Sea Wierch - a unique mountain at the foot of which our house is located. This saltwater nomenclature is not accidental. From the Tri-Sea Wierch (1145 m above sea level), the water flows in streams to three seas: the Baltic Sea, the Black Sea and the North Sea. It is the only place in Poland and one of six in Europe where the catchments of three seas meet at one point.
The house is located in a beautiful valley surrounded by mountains in the Śnieżnik Landscape Park and Nature 2000. From our observations, we conclude that the guests most appreciate the peace in which they bask. There are no other inhabited buildings around. In autumn, deer make themselves felt in the rut, in summer you can meet a fox and insects, and in winter you can only hear the fire sparkling in the fireplace and the snow creaking under your boots. Nights are completely dark, the windows of the apartments show only one light from the house of the neighbours who live two kilometres away.
In the rooms, you can feel like you are in a beach house, but behind the windows, you can see beautiful mountains. Such abracadabra.
Where will I stay?
Wawrzyniec, our in-house architect, has personally created an intimate sauna for you, which has become the heart of the local chill-out zone and a tribute to true craftsmanship. Here, you can indulge in soothing heat rituals, and then – in true nature – cool down in our pool or jump straight into the fluffy snowdrifts surrounding this secluded house. The relaxation is complemented by an atmospheric relaxation area, where the scent of natural essential oils and the pervasive tranquility will allow you to take the deep breath you've long dreamed of.
Apartments:
North Sea Apartment - Located on the ground floor with direct and independent access to the garden and a covered terrace. This is our largest apartment, approximately 35 m² in size and shaped like the letter "L." There's a 160 cm double bed and a sofa bed that extends to 160 x 200 cm.
The apartment features a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (with a coffee machine, kettle, oven, stove, toaster, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee, and tea), plenty of space, an armchair, and a table with chairs. The color scheme is soothing whites and beiges, broken up by occasional splashes of sky blue.
Black Sea Apartment 30 sq m. Located on the ground floor, it has direct and independent access to the garden. The windows overlook the organic meadows and mountains.
This open-plan studio space features a double bed (non-extendable, 160 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm). There's a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, an oven, and a stove), a bathroom with a bathtub, an armchair, a table with chairs, and a spacious wardrobe. The interior is inspired by old fishing villages, with black and white colors accented with red brick, and black oars creating a unique atmosphere.
Bałtyk Apartment - 23 m², located on the first floor with a stunning view of the meadows and mountains. There's a double room (160 cm double bed, non-extendable), a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, coffee, and tea. The color scheme is soothing blues, whites, and grays.
Wolf Sea Apartment
Located on the first floor and the attic mezzanine, this spacious apartment measures 50 m². Exceptionally bright, it features three floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of the mountainside forest and meadows. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen.
Downstairs in the living room are two very comfortable single beds, and on the mezzanine, there's a 160 cm wide, non-extendable double bed.
The apartment has a very bright bathroom with a window and a shower.
The apartment is bright, decorated in seafoam tones with antique gold accents. We've combined over 100-year-old, restored furniture with modern features.
All apartments are equipped with wonderfully fluffy down duvets and pillows, cotton bedding, and professionally laundered and ironed at high temperatures (if you don't tolerate down, please let us know before your arrival, and we'll prepare synthetic bedding).
In the bathroom, you'll find toiletries, towels, and a hairdryer.
In the kitchen, we've prepared dishcloths, sponges, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, and garbage bags. Each kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, capsule coffee machine (capsules are waiting for you here), toaster, kettle, stove, and oven (oven except in the Bałtyk apartment).
What about food?
Breakfast for adults is 80 PLN; children under 6 pay free, and children under 15 pay 35 PLN.
If you prefer to feed yourself, you don't have to order breakfast. You have access to a fully equipped kitchen, with an espresso machine, dishwasher, and in some apartments, an oven. But if you'd like, you can order homemade sourdough bread from us. In addition, the pantry stocks organic jams, honey, reheatable meals, and local gingerbread. A gas grill is available on the terrace. We can also recommend good restaurants.
How to spend time?
Jodłów is a cycling paradise! This is where Poland's largest network of Singletack Glacensis cycling trails begins, offering over 200 km of one-way paths. The trails range in difficulty, making them ideal for both advanced cyclists seeking a dose of adrenaline and families with children.
In the area, you'll find fantastic downhill trails, two bike parks, and trails on the Czech side.
You can store your bikes in our lockable bike storage room and wash them in a designated area. You can rent electric mountain bikes with full suspension.
For mountain hikers, we recommend the trail to the highest peak in the Kłodzko Valley – Śnieżnik. There's a new observation tower at the top. The trail to Śnieżnik leads from Jodłów. You don't have to look far for the trail to Trójmorski Wierch – it runs right in front of our house.
After a mountain workout, you'll find the perfect place to recharge in our Finnish sauna.
In summer, the Czech Pastviny Reservoir (a 25-minute drive) is worth a visit. This charming lake nestled in a mountain valley is worth visiting. You can rent kayaks, electric boats, or swim there. The newly opened Melori water park is located in Dolní Morava, a 25-minute drive away.
If you'd like to admire beautiful views from a truly elevated position, a 25-minute drive from us (or 5 km as the crow flies – you can hike it) takes you to the world's longest suspension bridge, Sky Bridge 721, in Dolni Morava, Czech Republic. Here, you can also climb the incredible Sky Walk observation tower or take a sleigh ride down the longest toboggan run in the Czech Republic (the sleighs ride on rails, the route is 3 km long)!
In case of inclement weather, you'll find a library, good coffee, cozy interiors, and cats to pet. And above all, very comfortable beds with down-filled sheets, where you can lounge around to your heart's content.
In winter, we recommend cross-country skiing trails in the Czech Republic. For downhill skiers, we especially recommend the modern Dolni Morava resort in the Czech Republic (25 minutes away) – 8 ski runs spanning 10 km. Buková Hora in the Czech Republic is a similar distance away, with 8 km of slopes, and the smaller but pleasant Cenkovice resort. The Polish ski resort of Czarna Góra is a 40-minute drive away, and a kindergarten for children operates there during the ski holidays.
After skiing or sledding, a hot Finnish sauna awaits you! Wawrzyniec built it himself according to the best Finnish standards. Warm up in the beautiful sauna, cool off in the snow or the pool, and then relax in the relaxation area.
Is it kid-friendly?
In the summer, you can swim in the pool on an inflatable wooden raft. The 100 m² pool is also shallow, making it a safe haven for summer fun.
In the garden, there's a wooden children's playhouse, a mud kitchen with pots and pans, a sandbox with toys, swings, and slides. There's also a soccer field and a badminton court. A path from the house leads to a nearby forest with hammocks and a picnic area by the river. Around 20 hectares of meadows belong to our family, and there's nothing but endless frolicking! Our sons Emil (10) and Eryk (8), as well as our friendly cats Luna and Pińciuś, are waiting for their friends here. The garden is partially fenced. We'll provide age-appropriate toys in your room before your arrival. A library stocked with the latest publications awaits the children in the hallway.
We have travel cots and high chairs for small children, a bathtub, a potty, toilet seats, and bathroom stools.
There's plenty to do nearby! There's a great attraction complex in Dolni Morava (a summer toboggan run, a sand park, a water playground, a rope park, and an observation tower with a slide). A water park is a half-hour drive away!
Your little ones will be thrilled! Melori Waterpark in the Czech Republic is a fantastic, separate world of water fun. For the little ones, there's an interactive Spray Park with a mammoth motif and a "water forest," where water spurts from unexpected places. Older children can safely enjoy the 90-meter-long slides and recreational pools. This place is designed for children to let off steam!
In the neighboring village, there's an alpaca pen, which you can walk on leashes, and in the next village, there's a great ceramics studio where you can schedule workshops. In Jodłów itself, there are bike trails that older children can enjoy.
Surrounding the house are vast meadows, streams, and forests. Your imagination is the limit, whether you build pine cone towns, dam the stream, or play hide-and-seek. And there's plenty of space!
In winter, there's snow, snow, and more snow! There's plenty of space to build an igloo and go sledding. And the ski lifts are just a 25-minute drive away. The Dolni Morava Czech Resort has a children's ski park and a free conveyor belt lift for the little ones.
A smaller sledding hill is located in the garden, and a slightly larger one is a 2-minute walk away. We have a full arsenal of various sleds available.
Children can use our sauna! Children can use it with their parents from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with adult hours afterward.

To zupełnie zjawiskowe miejsce i wspaniali Gospodarze. Serdecznie dziękujemy i do zobaczenia :)

Przecudowne miejsce. Wokół cisza, spokój i nikogo w zasięgu wzroku.

Super miejsce, baaaardzo polecamy!

Super miejscówka na wypad z dzieckiem. Spokój, cisza, piękne widoki. Pokój wyposażony i dostosowany do pobytu z dzieckiem. Czysto i cieplutko :) będziemy wracać!

Slowhop review My family and I have just returned from a wonderful 2 night stay at the beautiful Trzy Morza. Communication with the host, Dorota, was seamless, from the initial booking to departure; she could not have been more helpful to make out at a as comfy and relaxing as possible. We arrived around 8pm where she greeted us and showed us to our cosy, well decorated and equipped apartment. The apartment was just the right size for the 3 of us, with one double bed and a fold out sofa bed, and a bathroom. The apartment backed out on to a beautiful view of the mountains and fields, with its own mini decking area with table and chairs. There was plenty of storage space as well. We arranged breakfast to be delivered to our room for the Saturday, which was both beautifully presented and tasted great. By having this breakfast, it allowed us to make the most of the day and our trip to Dolni Morava, which was only about 35 minutes away. The apartment was in a house set in a beautiful area of the Sudetan Mountains, offering plenty of walking and sledging. We felt very at home during our weekend here and will definitely head back to Trzy Morza again.

Pozdrawiam.
