Staying in Ostoja Wyrówno as part of the rental is tantamount to taking full civil, criminal and compensatory liability for any own (and accompanying persons) possible harmful action or omission during the stay in question.

REGULATIONS OF STAY IN THE RESOLUTION EQUALLY
These Regulations define the rules for using the houses as well as staying in the entire property, hereinafter referred to as the Refuge. The buildings that make up the Ostoja are "Bobrówka", "Sokółka", "Viewpoint".
1. The parties (the Lessee and the Lessor) agree that the prerequisite for staying in the Ostoja and using its houses/buildings is to read these Regulations and accept its provisions. Paid stay in the area of Ostoja is tantamount to acceptance of these regulations and conclusion of a rental agreement with the Landlord (owner of the Ostoja).

2. The stay begins on the first day of the rental at 15.00 and ends at 11.00 on the last day of the rental. Earlier or later arrival or departure times are possible only after prior arrangement with the Landlord.

3. In the event of shortening the stay by the Lessee, for reasons not attributable to the Lessor, the cost of the due rent is retained by the Lessor.

4. When handing over the house to the Lessee, the Lessor provides him with all devices and equipment, and the Lessee declares that he is familiar with their condition and does not raise any objections to it.

5. The Lessee is obliged to use the house and all devices and equipment belonging to Ostoja in accordance with their intended purpose and undertakes to take care of their proper technical and sanitary condition.

6. The Landlord, by handing over a house/building located in the Ostoja to the Tenant, provides him with a wood-burning fireplace only, and the Tenant declares that he is able to use it and takes full responsibility for its operation and related safety. The tenant is obliged to comply with the fire safety rules and is responsible for any damage caused in the house and in the Ostoja during the rental period, resulting from his fault or carelessness in the use of the fireplace and other devices.
The Lessor shall not be liable for bodily injury, health damage or other damage resulting from an accident resulting from improper use of the fireplace or other device by the Lessee and persons staying with him in the area of the Refuge during the rental period, which the Lessee confirms by accepting this Statute.
7. The Landlord declares that on the property, it provides the Tenant with a platform, access to the shore of Lake Wyrówno, an axe, water equipment, barbecues, other sharp tools, gardening tools and other items located in the Ostoja, which may pose a threat to life or health when used improperly. The Lessor stipulates that he will not be liable for bodily injury, health damage or other property and personal damage resulting from an accident while using the above-mentioned objects or other devices, especially due to their use in an improper manner, after drinking alcohol or with due care, and by minors under the care of adults responsible for them.
8. Any technical failures in any house/building and on its premises noticed by the Tenant or persons staying with him in the Ostoja during the rental period, the Tenant is obliged to immediately report to the Landlord by phone at the number: 668672828.

10. The Lessee and persons staying with him in the area of the Refuge during the rental period bear full financial responsibility for any kind of property and personal damage or destruction of equipment or devices located in the Refuge, which are caused by their fault.
11. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms of the house and on the terrace.

12. The Lessee is obliged to clean up any impurities left by his pet in the area around the houses.

13. In the Ostoja, curfew is valid from 22:00 to 7:00.

14. The tenant is obliged to lock the door of the house, completely extinguish the fire in the fireplace and grill when leaving it.
15. The Lessor is not liable for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables or objects of scientific or artistic value or other material belongings of guests.
16. The Lessor or a person authorized by him has the right to remove the Lessee and persons staying with him in the area of the Refuge during the rental period before the end of the rental period in the event of their violation of the principles of social coexistence, these regulations and generally understood safety rules.
In such a situation, the cost of the lease and its entire period is retained by the Landlord.
