This is not an alpine village in a Swiss valley, although it looks like it at first glance. The glistening Lake Czorsztyn, with the Gorce Mountains reflected in it, and the sharp peaks of the Tatra Mountains in the distance reveal that is in fact Poland. Our GREEN FARM overlooks this picture-perfect landscape, admires hot-air balloons flying high above the clouds and guards the Niedzica Castle. All you have to do is turn off the asphalt road in the steep Szlembark village and head towards the clearing. GOAT AT WOZA is located on the slope of the Lubań range, which is regularly mowed by our herd of Carpathian goats. These careless white-headed beings, apart from trimming, share their odourless milk with us, from which we make cheese, yoghurt and butter. We also offer a delicate kid.
We have two 2-level SOUTH & NORTH apartments which form a wooden chalet in the mountains. The interiors were designed with a respect for nature and we wanted to create a place where guests can quietly rest with family, friends or just couples. Here, you will stay in a place that is so close to nature, that bird song replaces the radio and the mountains and lakes have the freshest air without smog. A place where natural products are served in the breakfast baskets which smell divine in the morning and the body and spirit can be rejuvenated in the eco-SPA or the professionally equipped fitness room. We recommend trying our goat Parmesan cheese or butter, dried sausages with kidney goat or stew. In the winter, watch the snowstorm outside the window, or go sledding down the hill on a bag of hay. In the autumn, submerge yourself in the huge tub with warm water under the night sky, and in the summer rest on a private sandy beach or perhaps practise yoga.

The cottages share large terraces (with mysterious sunrises and even more magical sunsets). • The 65sqm ŚWISTAK cottage is designed for up to 3 adults or a 2+2 family, with a BEDROOM consisting of a comfortable king-size bed and 2 single beds. • The 110sqm KOZICA cottage is designed for up to 4 adults, with 2 BEDROOMS, each with a comfortable king-size bed and 2 single beds. Each cottage boasts a fully equipped KITCHEN with a refrigerator, oven or microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso capsule coffee machine. It also features a private BATHROOM with a shower, towels, hairdryer, and toiletries.

The cottages are spacious and smell clean. Their interiors have been meticulously crafted with attention to the smallest details. They feature very comfortable beds, because we know that a good SLEEP is the foundation of a successful vacation. Our recipe for sweet dreams is simple: a king-size continental bed with comfortable mattresses, a huge 220cm x 200cm duvet that wraps you like a cloud, a variety of pillows, including those filled with buckwheat, high-quality linen bedding, and undisturbed silence (many have even traveled abroad to stock up on beds and bedding so they can bring a comfortable night's sleep back to their homes). We've also prepared a professionally equipped FITNESS zone with a special hydrocork floor. All rooms are AIR-CONDITIONED, ensuring comfort during the tropical heat. For complete relaxation, all you need is a little relaxation – the ecoSPA zone with an outdoor sauna, a cooling tank, and a unique American jacuzzi with therapeutic hydromassage and a pearl bath. This zone is located outdoors. Reserved exclusively for the guests of a given cottage on a given day. Preparing the ecoSPA area is time-consuming and requires advance reservation. Please inquire about availability and package type with your host, who will arrange everything. Free WiFi and a private, unattended parking space are a given.

CYCLING: • There are excellent conditions for cycling in the area, including Mountain biking. We're right next to VELO DUNAJEC and VELO CZORSZTYN on Lake Czorsztyn. • For cycling enthusiasts, we recommend a light, flat bike tour from Szczawnica to Červený Kláštor in Slovakia (a 10 km hike and bike trail along the Dunajec River. Bikes can be rented one-way, from Szczawnica to Sromowce, and on the return trip, you can take a traditional raft trip down the Dunajec Gorge to Szczawnica).

ON THE WATER MOUNTAIN TRAILS (because walking is included): • We are located at the tripoint of the Gorce, Pieniny, and Tatra mountain ranges, so we highly recommend trips to nearby attractions: Trzy Korony in the Pieniny Mountains, the Homole Gorge, Lubań and the observation tower, Turbacz, Morskie Oko, 5 Stawów, Kościeliska Valley or Chochołowska Valley, or perhaps a cable car ride to Kasprowy Wierch with a descent to Hala Gąsienicowa, not to mention the trails on the Slovak side of the Tatras, such as Tatranská Lomnica, Štrbské Pleso, or Chata pri Zelenom Pleso.
• Fans of a higher heart rate don't need to be encouraged to participate in mountain runs, such as the Gorce Ultra-Trail GUT, TURBACZ WINTER TRAIL, Pieniny Ultra-Trail with Janosik, or training or competitions in the Tatras.

When there's NO TV, like with us, children can discover new, more interesting things. At first, they're amazed, but the next moment they're running to the meadow. Right next to it is a sandy beach, which doubles as a brilliant maxi sandbox. When the snow falls, it transforms into a winter playground where you can build igloos, set up a snowball fight field, and bounce angels to your heart's content. In the FITNESS zone, kids can look at themselves in huge mirrors, practice dance routines, and do somersaults under the watchful eye of their parents. Sometimes all day, sometimes just an hour or two. It's worth walking, hiking, taking a slice of bread, or in winter, sacks of hay for a quick downhill run. We recommend trips to the Gorce/Pieniny/Tatra Mountains, some of which start right outside the cottages. It's close to Brama W Gorce, Rabkoland, the Rabcio Theatre, Zatorland, and the Chochołowskie Thermal Baths. There are also many attractions nearby in Slovakia. For parents' comfort, the interiors feature children's accessories: a wooden crib, a bathtub, a highchair, a Skip Hop rocker and play mats, blocks, crayons, and books in keeping with the MAMA MAMA philosophy.

Although we don't have a dedicated office or workspace, a large table with chairs, a comfortable sofa, and a large bed are perfect for working. Each cottage has its own router, so you don't have to worry about connection disruptions. Plus, there are plenty of electrical outlets everywhere, so you can even charge your devices on the terrace. A comfortable stay awaits you there, along with a panoramic view of the Tatra Mountains, which can be a bit distracting on the one hand, but also motivate you to work harder on the other. These solutions, tested by other guests, have proven effective! You can combine your stay at KOZA U WOZA with work (the baskets from ZIELONA FARMA were a huge help, ensuring everything was perfect).
