We live in a place where it is quiet. They do not write about us in the newspapers, we are not in the top 10 places for summer trips, and tourists pass us on their way to the popular Sandomierz or the other way to Krakow. It doesn't bother us at all, because we don't like being in the spotlight. We feel much better among the plains, hills and loess ravines. If the name of our region does not mean anything to you, we are here to help. Ponidzie is a land located in the Świętokrzyskie Province from Chęciny to Nowy Korczyn, in the Nidziańska Basin, on the middle and lower Nida river. We live here, on a fishing farm at the end of the village of Karsznice, in the vicinity of forests and fields.

Time passes lazily with us, like Nida, measured by the noise of coastal reeds and the splashes of a fish's tail. Typical Polish landscapes of endless fields, birch groves, pine forests and wild rivers change in the rhythm of the seasons, their reflection in our pond is like in a mirror, and we are lucky to observe it and we will gladly share these views with you. In addition to the views, we also have fish. A lot of fish. Throughout the year, you can enjoy grilled trout that grows right in front of your eyes, golden trout caviar, homemade fish soup and smoked fish. Each house has a private pier from which you can cast your fishing rod. We guarantee total success even for amateur anglers because we always have a bite. In the ponds, there is a variety of fish: carp, pike, zander, roach and bream. You can swim and splash in the pond as much as you want. Everyone can come in the summer, the brave ones in the winter.

Make yourself comfortable in four year-round houses with a view of the 3.5 ha pond. All of the houses are designed for 8 people. They have comfortable bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens and lounges with a fireplace. We are waiting for you. Ewelina, Wojtek, Antek, Franio and Staś and Dago and Miśka, who love to fetch without moderation.

We offer five year-round cottages, picturesquely situated on a 3.5-hectare pond in the village of Karsznice. All cottages are equipped with fireplaces, comfortable bathrooms, and kitchens stocked with all necessary utensils. Each cottage has a TV and internet. Bedding and soft blankets are provided in the bedrooms, perfect for chilly evenings on the terrace. Each cottage features a fireplace and barbecue area, a covered shelter, and deckchairs.

Each cottage has a pier, perfect for casting a line, especially when you're sure to get a bite every time! Good fishing is guaranteed. Fishing boats are also available, and in the water, you'll find all the fish you want: carp, pike, zander, roach, and bream. Our mini spa (sauna and hot tub) is now open. Next to the sauna, we've built steps directly into the water for you. Winter swimming and cooling off after the sauna are also available. The pond is natural and, year after year, from May to the end of June (but this also depends on the weather). The first heatwaves cause it to disappear, but swimming when it does occur can be difficult. However, the swans and fish are happy then :))

We have a green house with its own large plot, a jetty, and access to the water. This wooden house is situated in a pine grove on the western shore of the pond. With its own jetty and small plot, it provides the privacy you probably dream of during your vacation.
The houses in the sun and among the pine trees are located on the eastern shore, on a large, sandy beach. Groups of friends with children feel great here. But individual rentals also offer privacy. Here, nature literally enters the house through the sliding patio doors…

Green House
A large, brick house. It has two double bedrooms and an attic adapted for sleeping four. On the ground floor, there's a bathroom (shower, bidet, sink), a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room. The living room and one of the bedrooms have a TV. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet. The house has its own large gazebo, barbecue, pier, and beach volleyball court. Situated on a secluded site on the southern bank of the pond, on a large, approximately 10-are plot, it offers privacy and privacy. It also has fiber optic cable.

Wooden House
The ground floor comprises a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a double bedroom. The first floor houses a bedroom for four, with a bathroom in the hallway next door, and another double bedroom with a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, pots and pans, and tableware. The house has a covered terrace, barbecue, hammock, deck chairs, and a pier. The access to the water is not very gentle, but a large beach invites you on the other side of the pond. It's a 3-minute ride from the house by bike or boat. The wooden house is nestled in a dense pine grove on the western bank. Its secluded location ensures privacy and privacy. It has fiber optic internet.

House in the Sun
The ground floor comprises a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a double bedroom. The first floor comprises a bedroom for four people, with a bathroom in the hallway next door, and another double bedroom with a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator, oven, and microwave. The house is located on the sunny eastern shore, just steps from the beach. A small playground is nearby. It has fiber optic internet.

House in the Pines
The ground floor comprises a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a double bedroom. The first floor comprises a bedroom for four people, with a bathroom in the hallway next door, and another double bedroom with a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator, oven, and microwave. House in the Pines is located on the same beach as House in the Sun. The houses are approximately 50-60 meters apart. Despite their relative proximity, they ensure privacy for our guests. They have fiber optic internet.

House in the Reeds
Decorated in a mid-century modern style, it features two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen/living room. The latter connects to the terrace with sliding doors, providing a heavenly view of the reservoir. In this house, you literally touch nature and live with it. The terrace overlooks the pond. There's a jetty with a ladder. Not recommended for families with children under 1-2 years old.
The water here is too close for toddlers.

In our houses we have fully equipped kitchens. There is a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, pots and everything you need to prepare meals for the whole family. We know that without delicious things it makes no sense, so we want to offer you such a nice service. We provide you with regional products (to be agreed before arrival), and you do whatever you want with them. You can choose from fantastic ecological delicacies from trusted hosts. We recommend eggs, large and crispy bread from the bakery in Mieronice, honey from a friendly apiary, a bun from Grandma Marysia. I "produce" jam, pickled cucumbers, mushrooms, dumplings and other delicacies myself. </span> <span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;">There really is a lot of it. If you like fish, you've hit the jackpot. We have a fishing farm, so you can eat fresh trout and carp here all year round. We also smoke them in our own smokehouse, usually at the end of the week. In season, Wojtek makes trout caviar. We recommend our fish shop and its various Fish delicacies. Fish soup, meatballs, delicious tartare, pesto, paprikash.. </span><span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;"> A small request, if you need to order products or cakes, let us know in advance so that we can get everything done on time :)</span>

Spring in Ponidzie begins with storks that come in large numbers to the nearby meadows. Careful observers may be able to spot a black stork, whose position is located in the immediate vicinity of our agritourism. Thanks to its natural character, numerous meanders, oxbow lakes and marshes, Biała Nida is a paradise for many species of birds. We often see buzzards, white and gray herons, mergansers, kingfishers and corncrakes. Here swans make their nests, and many have even managed to spot a white-tailed eagle! Here, spring smells like blackthorn and bird cherry flowers. Young, light green reed pretends to be bamboo, and golden reflections of the sun reflected in the water are displayed under the closed lids.

The mating calls of the deer prove that summer is in full swing. The surrounding forests generously give us strawberries and raspberries. Pine groves heated by the sun intoxicate with the smell of resin. The calm current of Biała Nida soothes and cools you. Then it is worth going on a kayak trip and discover the unique beauty of Biała or Czarna Nida. And if you prefer calm waters - we invite you to leisurely pedal boat trips around the pond. For those who are thirsty for adrenaline, we can offer motorboat rides. Families with children will find here intimate wooden jetties and sandy beaches. Swimming recommended :)

In autumn it is worth coming with a large basket. Mushrooms grow almost on the doorstep. Birch trees turn yellow in all shades of gold, the wind rustles their hair more and more. More and more often the effects of the activity of beavers collecting twigs for the winter and rebuilding their burrows are visible on the dikes. And those who get up early are rewarded with a clang of cranes that call to take off. Don't let autumn discourage you. For me it is the most beautiful time here.

Winter in Ponidzie is the time of hunters. In the fresh snow it is easy to spot the traces of deer, wild boars, foxes and hares. The wind is blowing across the frozen ponds. The silhouettes of leafless alders and birches create beautiful, monochrome images. After such a walk, it's nice to sit back by the fireplace, stare at the fire, listen to the silence or immerse yourself in your favorite book. It is also a great place to swim!

We encourage you to visit the Raj Cave and the Sabat Krajno amusement and miniature park, where you will also not be bored. An interesting fact is the reconstructed fortress in Sobków, located on the Nida River itself. There you can stop for lunch while kayaking. In autumn, it is worth climbing Łysa Góra, the second highest peak of the oldest in Poland Świętokrzyskie Mountains. And in winter, skiers can ski on snow-covered slopes in Niestachów and on the Telegraph.

Another popular attraction is visiting a fishing farm with a guide - an ichthyologist.

We invite you to fishing training under the supervision of a professional. Just let me know in advance that you feel like it. Payment to be agreed with the student. Similarly with strength exercises with a personal trainer.

This year we start renting bicycles.
For those willing to go horse riding, we also have a few offers at our friendly studs.

For children, we have fishing, volleyball and banana swimming. No child will be bored by the pond. Warm sand and crystal water will drive them away from TV sets and above phones for days. In the meantime, just a sip of compote, a bite of blueberry and jumping from the pier again. Cottages in pine trees and in the sun have a mini playground. Wooden and green sandboxes. The houses are equipped with cots, baby bathtubs and changing tables.

We also recommend a visit to the Ethnographic Park in Tokarnia, where the "Świętokrzyska Kuźnia Smaków" inn is on the culinary route, as well as visiting the ruins of the castle in Chęciny, which can be ended with lunch in the amazing La Baguette restaurant at the foot of the castle. It is also worth visiting the Leonardo da Vinci Science Center, where both adults and children will find a lot of interesting facts for themselves.
For the youngest (on request of guests) we will provide books for children of different ages. You don't have to pack them because we have a lot to choose from.

In two houses there is an eight-seater table where you can work comfortably after breakfast. One of the big pluses of remote work is the opportunity to perform your duties in the open air, and the local internet is also very good next to the house, in a hammock. Currently, only one room has a desk, but at your request, the hosts can provide folding tables wherever you want, even on the pier.
