We are in one of those undiscovered places in Poland that have not yet earned their fame, attracting crowds of tourists. These are the Rudawy Janowickie, gentle mountains that hardly anyone remembers, and we fiercely remind them. But no wonder, the neighbourhood gives the Ore Mountains quite the competition: in the south the Karkonosze Mountains, in the north the Bóbr Valley..no matter how long you come here, it will be too short a time.

The houses are new, but largely built and decorated with over 100-year-old original beams recovered from old barns that once stood in Mniszków. We did not fence them so as not to make a border between you and the forest and meadow. It's OK. We invite you to discover the Ore Mountains and on dolce far niente.

Our houses are a refuge in the bosom of nature. A refuge of comfort, because we want you not to worry about anything. So that you have everything you need for complete relaxation at hand. That is why we improve the equipment of the houses, and regular visitors notice and appreciate it.

You can choose from two wooden houses located on the ridge of the mountains, in the heart of the Rudawy Landscape Park. They are about 150 meters apart. Nol is intended for 8 people, and Bakalia for 4 people (more about Bakalia here: https://slowhop.com/pl/places/1995-piaskowy-kon-dom-bakalia.html).

Nol has four bedrooms (each with a King Size continental double bed), two bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace and a kitchen. Each bedroom has a balcony with a view of the mountains or old trees.
The cottage has a double infrared sauna - optional - for an additional fee.
Outside, there is a large covered terrace equipped with a set of garden furniture.
The outdoor pool is open from June to September (from June 25 to September 17, 2023, the water in the pool is heated).
Outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi (with hydromassage and backlight) with hot water available 24 hours a day (no need to smoke in the stove and wait for the water to heat up) - optional - for an extra charge.
There is also a place for an evening bonfire and a barbecue gazebo with a grill.
There is a children's playground in the natural garden.

The kitchen in the house is equipped with all the appliances and tools necessary for free cooking. You can prepare your coffee the way you like it, because there is an automatic coffee machine on site. You can always have a barbecue on a sunny day and a fire on a warm evening. Take the coal with you, and we will provide wood (for a fee) at your request.

We offer our guests proven honey from friendly apiaries.
We recommend several local eateries:
- Miedzianka Brewery (20 min. Walk) - good beer, tasty food and amazing views guaranteed
- a bit further (approx. 20 minutes by car) is the Fishing Chamber in Podgórki (delicious fish and more)
- Karczma Gniewków in Kostrzyca (Polish dishes)

Those who are mainly looking for a break from the daily bustle will not be disappointed: there is a chance for afternoon barbecuing and feasting on the terrace with a wonderful panorama of mountain slopes, relaxing in the sauna or relaxing evenings by the fireplace. A casual walk around the area will bring relief to all the tired city noise.

We used to run an apiary, so now we are happy to share with our guests knowledge about bees and their life. We have the equipment and experience - if you are interested, we will be happy to give you a lecture on this topic.

The surrounding area is a mine of opportunities. Most of the attractions of Rudawy Janowickie are within the reach of a one-day trip (also with children). The closest are:
- Colorful Lakes - reservoirs with fabulous colors: green, purple and blue are one of the most beautiful places in the Rudawy Janowickie, which has been included on the list of 7 wonders of Poland more than once. We will get there from the houses in 1h45min (7km).
- rock formations - take various shapes and sizes, some - such as Janowickie Skały or Skalny Most, make a really big impression. You can get there on foot in about an hour and a half (4 km), you can also drive up by car and leave it at the entrance to the road to the ruins of Bolczów Castle.
- near the rocks there are also viewpoints, such as Mała Ostra or Sokolik - it is worth seeing the beautiful panorama of the Sudetes

Książ Castle and Czocha Castle are recommended for a bit further trips (up to an hour by car). It takes half an hour to get to Karpacz, where numerous hiking trails cross.

Children feel good here, because we made sure that they would not get bored quickly. We have arranged small playgrounds next to the houses, and there are several other possibilities:
- splashing in the pool
- playing in the sandbox, on swings and slides
- jumping on trampoline
- playing badminton (equipment provided)
- running wildly, catching butterflies, looking for frogs, picking flowers ...
- in winter: sledging (provided)

On request, we provide a cot with bedding, a high chair and a bath tub.
