Greetings from Lutówko, from the land of 100 lakes, in the heart of the Krajna Landscape Park. Here, in the lands that have belonged to my family for 150 years, together with my dad we have built Uroczysko, a place where you will create beautiful memories.

First, we took care of a guesthouse with 4 apartments, which has been an oasis for families with kids for a year, and now, in 2020, we are sharing the house of grandma Halinka with you. The house has been owned by my family for generations, and it was built in 1895 of brick red brick, covered with a thatched roof. In the 1960s, it underwent a renovation, during which the thatch was replaced with a tile, and now we breathed new life into it, so that it takes on a completely fresh purpose. A guesthouse with the heart and openness of Grandma Halinka hidden in every corner.

Grandma was a person truly liked by everyone. I remember that the house was always full of people. Neighbours, close and extended family members. In the 1980s, in one of the rooms of the house, she ran the Lutowski CLUB, a place where you could buy ice cream, beer, drink coffee or tea with a fresh newspaper or a book. Now, this place also attracts guests who are happy to come back to us. Maybe they feel the good spirit of this house.

Closing my eyes, not hiding my emotions, my memories come back. I can see the tiled kitchen where my grandmother baked delicious yeast cakes, prepared fish I caught in Lake Lutowskie, and fresh forest mushrooms with an egg, which I found on a roost in the morning. I remember how straight after the morning milking my grandmother would send me to my neighbour for fresh milk, which she poured into glass bottles, for cream, or into bowls so that it was curdled. I remember on summer evenings we would go out in front of the house and sit on a bench listening to the sounds of frogs, beetles and grasshoppers, drinking linden tea that was collected and dried by my grandmother. You can do that too, nothing has changed since my childhood, the frogs still croak as they used to, the air smells of the countryside and doing nothingness.

In this paradise on earth, we have 128 metres of beautiful space for you, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a large bright kitchen, a place for dancing and table football, 3 bedrooms upstairs, a beautiful bathroom and a huge area with private access to the lake. You have to share it with other guests of Uroczysko, but it's not a problem, because we are attracted by good people only. So while you are sitting around the campfire, your children will be going crazy in the playground with their new friends. Build sandcastles, play football on the pitch, play badminton, spin on the merry-go-round and roll on the grass.

Come for the most beautiful family holidays, fishing and self-tending fish, for trips to find nettles for soup, mushrooms for scrambled eggs from rural eggs, for bicycle trips to the forest and lakes, for blueberries for dumplings and for being carefree. All the trees, fields, hills and water is yours.

In Halinka's grandmother's house from 1895, which was the second house built in Lutówek. This is where generations of our family lived, from our great-great grandparents to my dad. The buildings at that time included: a house, a red brick building with 3 rooms and a kitchen, a partly brick, partly wooden barn and an attached wheelwright's workshop. It was covered with thatch, which was later replaced with tiles. This is where I spent the best summer moments of my childhood. In 2020, my dad and I renovated the house, respecting its appearance from the 19th century. Inside, it is a modern, comfortable house for 7 people.

The house is part of Uroczysko Lutówko and is located next to our small guesthouse. You won't complain about the lack of water, because Uroczysko is located on the shore of Lake Lutowskie. Together with my father, who had his family home here and grew up here, we have created a thoroughly family place. Our Uroczysko is basically self-service, which means that you will take over the keys without the involvement of third parties, the gate will magically open for you, and you will be able to feel comfortable with us, just like at home.

The house has an area of 128 m2 and is perfect for a large multi-generational family, a group of friends or two families. Including the dog (one dog allowed in the house).

On the open part of the ground floor there is a living area. This is where you eat meals together, relax on sofas, play table football and dance (there is enough space for a small ball). Here in the living room, by the fireplace with a large 50-inch TV and Wi-Fi, you can spend even the longest time. There is also space for a dining room with a large wooden table for 8 people, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

In the attic, there are 3 separate bedrooms, each with 2 beds with the possibility of any configuration, double, single - the choice is yours.

The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower with a linear drain (without a shower tray), a toilet, free cosmetics and towels, a hairdryer and a washing machine.
The bathroom in the attic is equipped with a toilet, washbasin with cabinet, towel dryer, and free toiletries.

We have made sure that you do not miss anything on site. Complete relaxation is complemented by a private beach with a place for sunbathing and swimming, beach chairs, a pier, boats, kayaks and a pedal boat. There are also free new bikes on site to explore the area.
For the youngest we have a playground with a view of the lake, a volleyball and football pitch, a ping-pong table, badminton and many other attractions.

I have no doubts about your culinary skills, so you will surely eat tasty. The house has a large, fully equipped kitchen that allows you to prepare your own meals. You will find there a large 4-burner electric hob, hood, kettle, overflow coffee maker, large microwave, oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, a set of dishes, plates and the necessary accessories for preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner. The spacious dining room with a table for 8 people will allow you to celebrate shared meals, and in the garden there is also a shed with a fireplace. This is where the afternoon siesta begins, which usually ends late at night. We will make sure that the next day everything is sparkling clean and ready for the next grilling, e.g. of fish caught in our lake with our own hands. Mushrooms in the woods - they taste delicious in scrambled eggs. We try to make you feel good with us, so ruddy apples or country eggs can be waiting for you in the apartments. You can also buy eggs and vegetables from a local farmer on site. Let us know and we'll help you make the transaction.

If cooking is not an option, it's time to go outdoors. The nearest restaurants, pizzerias, bars are in Sępólno Krajeński, 7 km from our Uroczysko. Among them, I recommend the Hvarska restaurant (Italian pasta, oven-baked pizza and fish) and the Słoneczna Restaurant, the atmosphere of the interior is not overwhelming, but you will get good homemade dinners here.

Together with my father, we have made every effort to ensure that you cannot complain about boredom. All the attractions we offer are at your disposal completely free of charge. Lake, peace and quiet, clean air and otherworldly views also for free. Make yourself comfortable in this beautiful corner of the Krajeńskie Lake District, among the unspoiled nature, with huge specimens under the water and game in the forest.

On site, you have a whole range of attractions right under your nose:
- private recreational plot on the lake with a pier, a designated place for bathing, a place for sunbathing and rest,
- a city beach with a large pier, wide and long descent into the water with a hard bottom,
- free boats, kayaks and pedal boats, mountain bikes,
- playground,
- a shed for a feast with a place for grill and fireplace,
- volleyball court and legs,
- outdoor table tennis.

By bike, on foot or by canoe. The Krajeński Landscape Park is worth exploring from every angle. Water, forest, meadows. It is made up of numerous reserves, forest refuges, nature monuments, river valleys and over 100 lakes distinguished by crystal clear water. This is crazy. In the nearby forest, in peat bogs and swamps, we can find not only unique plants, but also wild animals. Red deer, roe deer, fallow deer and wild boar. Do not be surprised when you hear the piercing voice of a black cormorant by the fire in the evening.

Autumn is the time of big fish and big mushrooms. In the lake you can catch beautiful pike, zander, perch, roach, bream and tench. You can fish directly from our private jetty or boat. The lake itself is managed by the PZW, and periodic fishing permits can be purchased directly on the website www.eokon.pl or in the fishing club in Sępólno Krajeński (no fishing from a boat from 01/01/20-31/04/20). In the forests there are mushrooms, black heads, chanterelles and goats, kites, boletes, red mushrooms and rare mushrooms, commonly known as a goat's beard. In addition, walks among colorful trees, falling autumn leaves, the last warm rays of autumn sun, evenings on the terrace with a view of the calm surface, the sounds of rutting.

An additional advantage is the various types of bicycle, hiking and canoeing routes, thanks to which you can admire the surrounding nature all year round. The water route can run along several lakes: Lutowskie, Mielec, Duży and Mały Smolanka, and Lake Sępoleńskie, connected with each other by charming inlets. In the apartments you will find detailed descriptions and maps of nearby routes specially prepared for you.

The area is full of monuments of secular and religious architecture. They are real pearls of cultural heritage:
- Człuchowski Castle - the second largest castle of the Order after Malbork.
- in Człuchów it is also worth seeing the former brewery, the market square with tenement houses, the former stagecoach station,
- ruins of the fortified manor house in Orl,
- impressive ruins of an eclectic palace in Runowo Krajeński,
- the stone and brick railway bridge in Bytów is one of the most attractive viewpoints in the entire Landscape Park.

Remembering my childhood holidays, which I spent at Grandma Halinka's in Lutówek, I can assure you that the children will be delighted. Forests full of animals, daily fishing and looking for adventure awaited me. This rural jungle was a real attraction for a kid raised in Toruń. A lot has changed since my childhood, but nature has remained the same. Lutowskie Lake at your fingertips, private beach and pier, separate bathing area for children. There are 2 boats, 4 kayaks and a large pedalo at your disposal. Parents will surely help with paddling, and kids and older kids in life jackets will be able to try their hand at fishing. Watch out for giant pike!

We also have a mini football and volleyball pitch, badminton, a ping-pong table and bicycles with chairs for children. From morning to evening, there is a playground with turrets, a tunnel, slides, swings, a stork's nest, a climbing wall, sandstone, trampoline and a merry-go-round. It will be great!
