The smell of spruce and pine trees, the sun setting behind a wall of trees, the rustle of the forest in the morning. And on top of that a beautiful house in the vicinity of a stream and wild Lake Kośno. This is Utasiówka in a nutshell.
It all began with the fact that we liked to escape to the Warmia and Masuria region. We rented various houses, and it was always beautiful, but we had a desire to immerse ourselves in the forest completely. Not near the forest, but in the heart of it. You can probably guess what happened next. The place was beautiful, the idea for the house was beautiful too. And that's how we ended up here in the middle of the woods, on the edge of the Napiwodzko-Ramucka Forest. This is our cure for city tiredness, our treatment, which we recommend to both ourselves and everyone who longs for the closeness of greenery.
In a new, spacious house inspired by traditional Masurian architecture, surrounded by forest.
On the ground floor of Utasiówka there is a living area, which consists of a living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a large open kitchen. There is also a comfortable bedroom with a large bed for one person. On the first floor there are 3 comfortable bedrooms with double beds. Two of them with access to the balcony and a view of the forest. The house has two bathrooms with a shower - one downstairs, the other upstairs. The living room opens onto a large terrace, which is ideal as a place for a family barbecue or morning coffee, surrounded by singing birds.
The house is for you and the kitchen too. We have taken care of all the necessary equipment (fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, mixer, toaster, kettle, molds), sets of dishes and pots. There is also a pressure coffee maker with a supply of coffee. We have taken care of the details so that you feel at home and you do not lack anything. 3km from the house in Tylkowo there are two shops also open on Sundays, and in Pasym: Biedronka, Dino and Delikatesy offering local cold cuts. In addition, there are three places nearby where you can eat well. The closest are Restauracja pod Kogutem in Tylkowo (only 5 minutes from the house), Karczma Mazurska in Witów (about 20 minutes away) and Gospoda Warmińska in Butryny (about 25 minutes).
The main advantage of Utasiówka is its location in the heart of the forest (in the Napiwodzko-Ramucka Forest), where you will find peace, quiet and harmony, which gives you unlimited opportunities to spend your time actively all year round! You will find charming trails here, encouraging long walks and relaxation, bike paths for less and more demanding people, and for sports enthusiasts it is a great area for running, Nordic walking, and in winter for cross-country skiing. About 1.5 km from the house there is a beautiful and wild lake Kośno (Kośno Lake Nature Reserve), to which a picturesque road leads through the forest. Covered by a silence zone, it allows you to enjoy the beauty of nature, bathe on hot, but also on less warm days, and go kayaking. An interesting cycling and walking trail leads around the lake. On site, there are bicycles (3) and kayaks (1 x 2-person, 1 x 3-person) at your disposal. Of course, bicycle helmets and vests are also available.
We have not forgotten about mushroom lovers! Just leave the house and they will fall into the basket themselves.
And for those who prefer doing nothing, our garden, hammocks, deckchairs or terrace with a direct view of the forest will provide the opportunity to relax, enjoy morning coffee, or an evening family barbecue or soothing yoga or meditation.
In the evenings, you can sit by the fire with a glass of wine, or spend time by the fireplace playing board games together, which are plenty for both children and adults, or reading for those who prefer to read a little...
And for those who are close to history and constantly learning about it, a visit to Pasym, Szczytno or Olsztyn will certainly provide new interesting discoveries.

What’s there for children?
We welcome children of all ages. The biggest attraction here is the nature of the Napiwodzka Forest, which will never let you get bored. A stream flowing in the area, a forest and a wild lake. Children usually only need a vivid imagination to complete this set, and they usually can't complain about it. You can spend whole days here outdoors surrounded by singing birds and squirrels. With your parents, you can go on hikes, bike trips or kayaking, which are waiting for you. And on cloudy days, there are plenty of games for both small and big ones, both board and arcade! Small children will not get lost while playing around the house, because our entire large plot is fenced. We also have 2 cots for the youngest, which we provide at the request of our guests.
What’s there for employees?
If you want to get a taste of working in soothing conditions, we invite you to our workation. The table in the dining room is perfect for working together for up to six people. If you prefer to work with your feet up, spread out in the living room on the sofas, armchair or pouffe, and the bedroom upstairs with a comfortable armchair will provide privacy when you are having an important conversation. On the terrace on warm days you can work at a large table or on comfortable armchairs in the garden, and in our forest you can relax in a hammock.
